Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
I was required to stop all HRT for two months before my knee surgery in order to bring my hematocrit levels down to a nearly "normal" state. It was explained to me that HRT causes a huge upswing in hematocrit levels while testosterone from testicles does not, but unusually low testosterone levels does bring the levels way down. My doctor, an endocrinologist and the orthopedic surgeon seem to think this is a well known phenomenon. --FLO--

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
Its been a long time since I injected but I gave each a good shot of 80 proof vodka tonight and they both took it without any undue pain. The last time I tried they would not take a drop as they were to hard. Maybe I have to start again.

Yes there are many methods of castration, I first tried chemical castration on a short period of time to fight stress and was very satisfied with the result, less stress, no more libido, no more erections, no sexual urges, no frustration. The effects of chemical castration are temporary, so after a few months I missed them, resumed the injections for a few months, and so on. 3 years later I decided to kill them for good. I have injected my balls 12 times since february of 2012, 2.5cc at first then reduced to 1.5cc at a rate of approx. one shot a month, that gives the balls time to recover from the stress of the injection.
My nuts are much smaller now, not much sensitive to pressure, I have no erections. I am satisfied with the results. Always be careful not to get an infection, use a new syringe each time, etc. This method is not painful, but as usual I would recommend extreme care.

Patrick, have you gotten your testosterone level checked? It's a good indicator of whether or not your testicles are dead for sure. Are you having any other symptoms of castration? Depression, sleeplessness, weight gain, etc.

I have received an invitation for a check up but can't set a date now because of constant traveling. Hopefully will be checked late february/early march. Will ask for T level measurement, of course. I am lucky, never had any hot flashes with chemical castration or since using vodka, only slight energy loss. I eat as little as possible, which is not easy (!), my sac looks very empty with the little ones.
Late this week I'll be home and have the 13th injection, 1.5cc 80 proof vodka as usual, or William Pear Brandy, works equally well, I like the smell and the taste. I am not depressed, sleep well, morning boner is long gone, I always have something to do, good for the body and the mind. I am 66 and retired but can't stay doing nothing.

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
I do have a small lump on the right ball and a larger one left. A doc will tell me what to do when I can save time for a visit. The balls are small and much less sensitive now, only in some parts.

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
I'd like the forum's advise on how to get my doctor to castrate me after several alcohol injections.
I injected both of my testicles at least 15 times with 1 to 1.5 cc everclear over the last year. They shrunk to probably 25% of what they were, and I can squeeze them nearly flat between my fingers. In October I started feeling a spot on the bottom of the left one that was really sore, and pointed it out to my doctor when I visited for another reason. He said he didn't feel anything of concern, and told me to watch it. By Thanksgiving the left testicle became really sore and developed a fluid sac (hydrocele) that made it look huge, about the size of a large lemon, while the right one remained the size of a grape. I visited the doctor again, and he said it was probably an infection, prescribed antibiotics for 10 days, and ordered an ultrasound. I called after the ultrasound and he said it didn't show any tumors, but was probably an infection. After I had taken all of the antibiotics, it wasn't any better, so I went to see the doctor again. I complained of bad pain in both nuts (though it had gotten better). He seemed really concerned, referred me to a urologist, and ordered another ultrasound.
I saw the urologist last week, and he was very surprised it was still swollen and the antibiotics didn't work. He prescribed a second antibiotic and ordered a third ultrasound, and asked me to come back this week. After another week on antibiotics, nothing changed, and the urologist said the third ultrasound said it surprisingly was "slightly" worse. He prescribed a third antibiotic and asked me to come back next Thursday. I've complained of pain in both testicles. He said that he's somewhat concerned that the left one will develop an abscess.
Does anyone have experience with a urologist in a situation like this? If I tell him that I'm just really tired of the pain and swelling, and would prefer that they be removed than take any more drugs, thoughts on what he'd say? If I inject again now (which would probably make it worse), do you think he could tell?
I'll admit that I'm afraid he'll catch on what I've done to my nuts (if he hasn't already) and challenge me on it. I don't want to push him too hard, or do anything that makes him refuse to eventually castrate me. Any advise would be much appreciated. I feel like I'm so close to making my dream come true, and I don't want to mess it up!

Man you're getting the run around, but because you've been extremely compliant you might get castrated. Don't give up.
Depending on your age, at this point, you might get them removed simply by asking and stating that you're tired of the pain and hassle, please can you just remove them. Tell the urologist your o.k. with it. If your over 40, there's a good chance that from all you've gone through they'll remove them. If your younger than 40, you might ask for a second opinion if the urologist resists or wants to try something else. It's o.k. to be a little pushy, you're in pain, he's probably anticipating a little frustration on your part. Also, state, "NO MORE ULTRASOUNDS!" If that doesn't work, find another older urologist or a female urologist. Females aren't hung up about removing ovaries or testicles as much as male urologists. As a last resort, be a little demanding. Display your frustration and let him know you're really really tired of the pain and hassle and would prefer just to have them removed, saying, "What's the big deal? I'm suffering!" Suffering is a good choice word that often pushes doctors to do what their patients ask or request. I wouldn't be afraid that they'd find anything, the ultrasound would have shown things already.

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
Hi, its sound like you are getting the run around like me,
I have been injection myself for now about 9 months; I was manly doing the right one and did about 11 injections with a total of 18.5 mls. What I started to feel was it was getting smaller and harder, there was a small lump I noticed on it and if I squeezed it I could not feel much or any pain at all. I went to my doctor and they sent me for a scan and said it looks like cancer then I was sent off to an urologist and in 4 days it was taken out with no question asked. When the lab report can back it said it as wasn’t cancer, as I know,
After I had the right out I start to work on the left one, it started to getting smaller and a bit harder to and is causing me lots of pain. I have had 4 lots of scan done on it and the last one show it now is doing what the right one did make it look like cancer. Went back to the urologist to get it remover and he told me flat out no way is it coming out, it told him that I can’t handle the pain of it and what happens if it dons turn into cancer, still now way,
Now he had got me to see a second urologist about and the same story there. They are worried what effect it will have one me with no hormones which should be my choice
Well that I think of doing is keeping up with the injection and try to see a third urologist about it,
The way I are think now is to totally kill it with the injection and let the hormones level totally drop and then try again,

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
Let me just comment from personal experience that it is extremely difficult, at least in the United States, to get an
orchiectomy without some type of cancer or infarction. Private pay patients who go to plastic surgeons generally
have a better chance. Also most urologists, if they do decide, will only do a radical orchiectomy. Even with symptoms
of hypogonadism and fibrous tumors probably won't be enough. Prolong chronic pain might work but most of the time
the recommendation will be a nerve block first.
