It seems to me that folks have put a lot of energy into learning about this possible method of disabling the testicles and that they have put a lot of energy into obtaining the syringes and evaluating the alternative injectables. Why not put that kind of energy into finding an endocrinologist or urologist with whom to discuss these issues?

For many of us who have been there and done that, I for one can assure you that the medical community is loathe to admit that there can ever be anything wrong with the testicles that antibiotics and anti-inflammatories can't fix. At the final count, I was dismissed by 8 doctors and 2 urologists and told that the reason that I had testicular pain was because "I thought I did." In other words, it was all in my head. As for the swelling and slight deformity of the left side cord assembly? "Well that sometimes happens after a bad case of epididymitis" or however you spell it.

#9, the new GP I "hired" at my Aunt's suggestion, did listen and addressed the issue of the low-T and acknowledged the side effects, but he wouldn't do anything surgical. All he was willing to do was prescribe HRT. And yet again, the old "just take Aleeve or ibuprofen."

Also, the male-to-eunuch or MtE gender dysphoria is not recognized as valid, as is MtF or FtM. And anyone who has ever dealt with all of that can assure you that such is not a quick process, either. And well that it should not be. However, bring up MtE and see what happens to you.

Why would anyone want to do something like alcohol injection? The reasons are pretty clear - no one is going to take you seriously in the notion that you don't want "normal" level T, or that you don't identify as "male" while not identifying as "female". And as for removing "healthy" tissue? Well, they think they're doing no harm, so there you are.

Keep in mind the days of back alley abortions, too.

We can only hope that this bipolar outlook on gender changes someday.

I too have been frustrated with the Urologist I recently visited. I called to set an appointment and told them I was worried about atrophy and pain in my testicles. The nurse I spoke with was very concerned and scheduled an Ultrasound for the same day. The Ultrasound tech said the Testicles were atrophied and had low blood flow and she too was concerned. I saw the Doctor the next day and he said no problems here we can give you Viagra and all should be fine. I asked for a T level test and he said we can check it but if it is low all he could do was prescribe T. I tried to explain my situation to him and he would not listen. T levels came back at 230. Low enough to make the Doc want to do some more Hormone level tests, FSH, LSH etc. I again asked about the atrophy and he said it should not be a problem. I go back in 2 weeks to follow up on the hormone level test and I hope I can convince him to rethink his diagnosis but I am not putting a lot into that. On the same note I spoke with Dr. Arnkoff today and explained my situation. Chem cast for 2 years, Testicular pain and atrophy and asked if he could help and he said no problem, tell me when you can come to town and he will perform an Orchiectomy. I would rather my local doc help but if not I am very thankful Dr, Arnkoff is here to help.

need2bcastr8ed: perhaps a topic for a different thread, but why do you have so much anxiety to have your permanently-disabled testicles removed? Is it a body-identity thing?

I personally cannot relate -- I want lack of testosterone (I'm 99% there?), sterility, and some kind of genital surgery (though I hear neovaginas are a minor PITA with dilation and such), but don't see how actual castration would be different for me than effective castration. Most [mainstream] ideas of male sexuality I've come across revolve around the penis more than testicles, so I don't [yet] understand how castration alone would change one's self-image ... enlighten me .

Unless the ultrasound shows testicular masses, the doctor will not perform an orchiectomy. Pain and atrophied testicles isn't enough. There also needs to be a possibility that cancer is present to convince the surgeon that castration is the best course of action.

Today i have been able to inject 0.1 cc in the left testicle. I know that it is a very low cantity but i had some troubles to inject the alcohol slowly. So the next time i'll try to put at least 0.5 cc in one testicle. But i am very happy because i've won to the fear and i've inserted the needle totally (1.2 mm). So i'll post again ,perhaps the next week if i get to put more alcohol inside the testicle.

make sure everything is clean guys, antibacterial soap, gloves, mess up throw it out use a new one. Don't play careless or rush this. If your nervous then hold off for another time when you are more calm. Don't save vodka that is inside the syringe. Don't reuse syringes. Don't use a bottle of vodka with a dirty cap or opening. Disposable cups work well with me, being that these cups are flimsy I use double stick tape at the bottom of the cup to keep them from falling. New bottles that are unopened the better.

80 proof vodka works very well, for all of you thinking about speeding up the process with everclear super high proof.......I advise you to really give 80 proof a spin. I used Svedka 80 proof vodka and works great. I feared using high proof but thats just me.

Understand the vodka stays in the testicles for a very long time so there is no need to put in 3cc a month, 1cc is enough and I personally would wait 2 months to just see how you feel after 1cc. Rushing and putting in 3cc every other day.......in 3 months your going to get hit with the aftermath. Slower is better, you can see how you progress and determine if you are satisfied

I have been injecting my balls with

Everclear for about two yrs. Sometimes I inject every week but lately I have discovered a problem. My balls are small and hard. Dead, I think. But last week I injected about .5 ml in my rt. ball with much pressure on the plunger. A day later I had pain from the scrotum and then the outer layer of skin started flaking off. Apparently the Everclear which I injected into the ball squirted out into the scrotum. Since I am not ready to have the balls and scrotum cut off. It is time to stop injecting.

Hi all its been a while since I posted here I have been injecting my right nuts for 11 times over 4 months with a total of 18.5mls of spirits rektyfikowant rectified sprits a product of Poland and has a 95% acl/ vol here in Australia, how that rates to everclear I don’t know but I think you have to double the rating here which would make it 190% I think.

Anyway it has done it job my right nut has became very hard and lost a lot of feeling in it, the other week I have notice a small pimple size lump on it.

Off to the doctor and she sent me to get a scan, well with all the scan I had I never had a doctor called in to have a look and feel of it, he told me that I had to see my doctor straight away and get a mri scan on it and see a specialist which I did all within 3 days which was Monday.

He sent me away for a cr scan to check if it was cancer or not, by Tuesday he rang me and told me that I was booked in out of hours to have it out on a Saturday.

wow I can’t believe its going to final happen ,well it Wednesday now one nut now and all good they took it out though the groin using a radical inguinal orchiectomy, have to wait unit next week for the results on it,

I have to say it feels strange now only having one nut the sack feels so soft and the other one seem to hang so much lower.

The only thing left now is to get the left one out.

1: Tuesday 08 may 2012

1.5 mls right nut

When in easy no pain to say off while injection but could feel the nut as it swelled up form it for the nest 3 to 4 day , a dull ache but did clear by Friday and can’t wait to redo it will try doing both now

2: Sunday 13 May 2012

1.5 mls right nut all ok no pain

1.0 mls left nut, had to have 2 goes doing it was a lot of pain so I stop

No pain coming from the right one still coming from the left lots more than my first on the right

3: Saturday 19 May 2012-05-19

Before injection right nut did feel lots small than normal and took a lot of pressure to feel much pain when squeeze with your fingers, left still the same as before injection

1.5mls left and right nut

No pain while injection all went in ok, both swelled up and started to give me pain, that eased and then I got a pain in my lower stomach

like when you band yourself for 30 min

utes or more this lasted for about 7 hrs, with me laying in bed no moving much, had something to eat feel better now with a slight pain still there, both nuts are tender to touch are still swollen up about the double the size.

Both where about the same size hard to push on and took a bit of pressure to hurt them Right nut first there was a pain more than normal pushing the need into the ball, once it got so far into it the pain stop, started to injected, only could get about 1 mls into it was starting to fill full and I could feel the pressure in my nuts, stoped and then did the left one

Left nut the needle went in easy with very small pain, started to inject and there was some pain only got .5 mls in then had to stop

Redid the right one and got .75 mls into it and then went back the left one and finished it off with 1.0 mls

All feels good now no real pain to talk about both nuts is bigger than I started

What I have decide to do now after reading some of the reports from other who have done this and have had they nuts removed, is that I will only do it to the right one first and get that one removed.

I am thinking that it is easier to explain the doctor and for him not to question it so much, if one dies first then once I have that one removed continue on doing the left one

Injected the Right nut only with 1.5 mls, very was a little more pain than normal pushing the needle though the nut itself, I had to use 2 injection spot to get the 1.5 mls in.

There is some pain in the nut and the groin but all ok

It’s been a while since the last one and I have noticed that the right nuts is much smaller and lots harder than the left one, but as time went by it seem to regain some of its size but still stayed a lot smaller than the other one.

Went and seen my doctor about my nuts , manly the right one it has got a small lump on it, it feels about a small pimple , any she has arranged for me go and get a scan on them , I hope all goes well and it’s the start the way to get them out

Pushing the needles into the right nut took a lot of pressure to get it in and when I started to inject I had to put a lot of force behind the syringe to inject it and I could only get 1.0 mls in, the left one went all ok

Gone to my specialist he had a look at the report and said the right one has to go as it look like its cancer, I asked if the left one will go and he said no its ok. Told me to go and get a CT scan on my chest to make sure it’s not cancer and said that he will ring me when I’m booked in for the surgery. He said that I may have to be off work for 6 week.

I’m now booked in to hospital on Friday 21 September 2012 and will be having the op on Saturday the 22 September 2012.

Booked into the hospital and they took me down to the ward and my bed, a group of 2 doctors and one female trainee doctor came around and ask me a couple of question on what is going to happen and ask to have a look and feel. I got told it would go in and have it done at 900am Saturday, I had a couple of blood test and had to sign a couple of forms and no eating from midnight.

They came and took me down to the op theatre I was the only one for the day and place was dead and quiet, next thing I wake up in recovery with them asking my name after a couple of second I out my hand down and feel if they have taken my ball and yes one was gone how good I felt but in the back of my mine I was hoping for some reason they would take both.

Back in my room just a little bit of pain so they gave me some pain killer, had a good after and a good night sleep a bit pain full getting out of bed.

been home now for a couple of day the pain has gone down lots, still have to be carefull mving around or strengthing and lifting.

Its very strange now only haveing one nut, the way the other one hangs downs, the way the skin on the ball bag feels and when i reach down to grab my nuts or should i say nut i have to rember there is only one there. I need to get backing injection the other one soon.
