What Do I Do Now..????? I have been injecting .5 to 1.5 of 190 proof everclear every couple of weeks for the past 16 months. My testicles are numb and very small. My left one is twice the size of the right one..I am experiencing all of the symptoms of very low testosterone. My question is what do I tell my doctor? I want them gone and feel they really should be removed since they are dead. I just don't know what to tell my doctor. I was thinking of just telling him that I was hit with a softball or something to that effect. What is the best course of action now? Please advise!!!!

Don't tell him anything. Just say something is wrong with my nuts, they just keep getting smaller. Let him take it from there

Is that what you did?....I was just afraid of having to get all the cancer tests and related expenses. That is why I thought about the injury idea... I just know they need to be looked at by a doctor soon, if for no other reason, than the fact that they are so numb and odd shaped. I am also having pain in the cords.. it is a very instense pain that runs down the leg and up into the belly. This will happen randomly. I do feel so much better mentally and emotionally since I started this process..it takes a lot of patience.

Too bad injecting in your balls doesn't make you drunk. It would be easier to say it was a way to get drunk quicker, and you kept doing it. Once the damage had set in, you were embarrassed to see the Doctor, but now they are small and hard, and you feel shitty..etc..etc...

However since in all this thread no one has ever mentioned even getting buzzed (at least not that i recall) I don't guess it is very plausible.

If I were experiencing constant pain, I would go to the doctor and tell the truth; I have pain in my groin. Let the doc take it from there.

Pain is usually an indicator of something and doctors go about investigating the why of pain in their own particular way.

I would of course make sure I have no visible needle marks or other indicators of injury or such.

I would not lie about any physical injury. Lies always have a way of catching up on you.

The truth that there is pain, now find out why, would be sufficient I would think.

A referral to a urologist would be the usual process I would expect.

There would be an ultrasound test, maybe even an echo.

If anything I might only complain about pain in one testicle, not both.

That way, limiting the exam to only one would keep the focus there.

Long enough to destroy testicle cells. When injected into different areas of each testicle, over time, long enough to cause them to cease producing sperm and testosterone.

Eventually, as blood flow into and out of the testicle is reduced, it may very well stay inside longer, than in the beginning.

And eventually the spongy testicle material becomes scarred, hard, and the amount that can be injected becomes less and less and eventually they become fully scarred and hard and it is impossible to inject into them at all. It becomes pretty apparent that they are dead at that point. They shrink, become hard, lumpy, and numb.

Mission accomplished. Then, just wait for a routine complete physical. If you are young, small hard dead numb nuts might be evaluated as unusual.

If you are old, it might be looked upon as just accelerated aging.

Some years ago, I worked for a while in a state university research hospital, where most patients had "rare and exotic conditions." There are many rare and/or exotic medical conditions; such that, taken as a whole, "rare and exotic medical conditions" are hardly rare.

Until such time as the physician community gets wind of this thread and devises ways to distinguish the results of ethyl alcohol injection from the rest of what produces similar effects, it may be wise and useful to merely mention that something seems to have happened, show the evidence, and leave the diagnosis to the physician(s).

The urologist who told me the way I might be able to get an orchiectomy as part of cancer risk minimization died of old age a while ago. He told me that there would be no record in my chart of our talking about my cancer risk concern or my view of what to do to minimize my risk. And he said he would emphatically deny ever having talked with me, no matter what. However, the method he suggested did work, and I was able to finagle a safe, no complications, orchiectomy, though it took some "pretty awful" tactics on my part to get the job done to my full satisfaction.

What worked for me is something I guess few people can use. I have known and understood far more about biology than any physician I ever met, since I earned my B.S. in bioengineering. When I encountered a physician who seemed to have some ability to listen, I merely demolished the physician's arguments by demonstrating to the physician his or her ignorance. Most such physicians ordered me to never, never ever, come back. It took a while to find the right, willing and able, doctor. I simply never quit searching until I found the doctor who did the deed.

I hold that the advice about talking with police may be relevant. Talking with police? Except as is legally mandated, never, never never, never never ever, talk with police.

And never give a physician information that obviously will impair receiving appropriate medical care.

Persistence pays off, is what janekane is saying. Be persistent, if one urologist says "no" find another one until you find one who's willing to remove your testicles. If they're small and hard, atrophied, that's enough

you know that atrophied organs can become cancerous will improve your chances of having your testicles removed.
