I also feel 80 proof gives me more control on determining the right moment to quit these injections. I hope this libido reduction occurs soon.

did another injection on left testicle .8cc of 80 proof. This time had pain while pushing on the plunger, had to go really slow. Pain started immediately, lasted about 45 minutes and with each hour pain is fading away.

So far I am feeling more relaxed, much less angry. I can pass by a woman and not be so turned on. I am getting some breast growth so I am going to cut down the eating. I've done about 6 shots in right and 5 shots in left.

Some things I do when preparing. I use disposable cups, I waste lots of vodka. I will fill the cup halfway of vodka, put the needle in, suck it up. I generally have two syringes out of the box. For instance today when I did the injection. I went to insert the needle and messed up twice so I trashed the syringe and the cup of vodka and used a new cup of vodka and new syringe.

I only do one testicle in one sitting rather than both on the same day. I feel like I handle the pain better and I only have to concentrate on that one testicle so if I mess up I can give it another go. On the second try I usually succeed.

Better to be safe and wasteful.

Sounds safe to me. But what do I know. I had the same experience a few times. I could feel the pain start as soon as I started the injection. In some instatnces I found a new place to Inject with out pain. Then on other occasion I stopped imediately and waited a few more days and tried it again.

Hey all, time for another update. I am going to get my orchiectomy. My urologist called me in to discuss the results of some tests I had done and he asked me when I wanted my orchi. I almost fell out of the chair with surprise. I tried to remain calm. We decided on June 28 for it to be done. He also did a T level test and it came back at 95, which I beleive was the final thing to warant my surgery. Cant wait till next week. I want to say thanks to those who told me to hang in there. It seems like something is finally going my way. I will keep everyone informed on how everything goes. Skudster

Skudster, did you ask for an orchi prior to your last visit and if so, how did you go about it? Or did the urologist just tell you that an orchi was in your best interest?

I had always mentioned or should I say, hinted about whether an orchiectomy might be necessary. I never really stressed it. I always stated that I was worried about getting cancer. Probably the thing that made it go in my favor was my latest T level count, which was 95. That proved my testicles weren't working and along with my complaint of testicular pain and my worry of cancer, I beleive that helped to make it go my way. These doctors are smart guys and will not do this surgery unless they know it it warranted, at least in my area. Oh he brought up the idea of my orchi, I thought I was there to get a refusal to do the surgery. Skudster
