Investigate transplants for disabled veterans. There are many young veterans who had their genitals blown off with IEDs in the middle East. The surgery is almost perfected, but there is a lack of willing donors. You could investigate that angle, and have the process done for free. I am looking at the same angle. I am having trouble finding a therapist who doesn't throw me out of his office when I suggest this. Get a note and work toward that end. The hard part is the therapist. I have been wanting to go that way since I was about ten, but things get procrastinated.
