I am now somewhat fearful of doing these injections now

I either wrote it wrong, or something.

The 24 hour a day kicked in the nuts pain was from a bacterial infection that had absolutely nothing to do with injections. That infection occurred over a decade ago before I even knew about injections.

More recently There was some aching pain following the first few injections, but nothing extrodinary. Additional injections caused short term miniimal pain, and eventually no pain at all as the inner contents of each ball became deactivated by the alcohol.

That was just my experience. Someone else may be more sensitive to any amount of pain, or may have a lesser or stronger experience.

On the one hand, it is quite correct to condemn self injection as dangerous and stupid. On the other hand, before there was such a thing as a medical industry, all of society engaged in self medication, mystic medication, experimentation. It is from failed and successful experiments that society learns what works, what to avoid.

For me, alcohol injection turned out to be far less costly, far less painful, far less risky than a surgical operation. However, an operation will probably be eventually required as infarcted testicles have a higher risk of developing internal tumor, benign, or not.

Doing nothing came with a big risk too. Unable to obtain an elective medical castration, life with testosterone was unbearable.

Sans testosterone, life is not just bearable, it is good. I am glad I chose to inject, regardless what anyone else thinks. They are not walking in my shoes.

transward so your saying a guy will have a higher T level with one testicle compared to when he previously had two testicles intact because the hormonal module will put what is left of the testicles in high gear?

So a guy has to completely kill the testicles, really no other way around it. Because just killing them halfway would have an undesired result of either the T level staying the same or even increasing.

Search for "regulation of testosterone" on the internet. There are lots of studies, theories, results. The body is interactive and attempts to self-regulate various hormones so that there will be ample testosterone in the body to cause the body to want to engage in reproduction activities and abilities. It has nothing to do with conscious thought or intentional desire. It is nature's driving force to ensure survival of the species. Will there be more, or less, testosterone with only one testicle. Maybe. Maybe not. What is important to nature is sperm count. Testosterone in humans is what causes humans to want to, and actually engage in an activity that is otherwise non essential, intercourse that will ultimately lead to reproduction. Humans, unlike most other life forms, have the ability to relieve themselves of nature's compulsion in a variety of ways that have nothing to do with intercourse. (or coitus as Sheldon calls it). It is easy to blockade sperm (vasectomy). Not so easy to blockade desire / craving for sexual relief. Nature is just darn persistent and cruel.

I want to hear if theres any horror stories with vodka injections from anyone. Like did anyone end up in the emergency room?

What are the worst case scenarios that can happen from doing these injections? I mean they sound like they only give a dull pain and that is about it. I just want to know whats the worst that can happen?

I definitely know to use only "drinking" alcohol vodka ONLY

wow after reading that Caith721 I am too chicken to do these vodka injections. I may try depo provera, if that does not work then I give up. Siterone did not do much for me except somewhat enlarge my chest, but not by much. I have not been on it for long.

From that story seems if you fill the testicle up with too much then it just back flows causing major complications.

Maybe the Everclear is too powerful to insert into testicles.

Generally speaking if you have ANY doubt whatsoever it isn't a good idea to proceed with something that is permanent. Counseling is also a good idea of course to try and work out other solutions to your problem.

just a quick note i did my 3rd set of injection last weekend and didnt have any problems doing them, it was a bit after a got a real bad pain in my lower stomach area it was like when you band yourself for 30 mins or more, it lasted for about 3 hours.

when that cleared it was all ok i didnt have any pain in my balls.

Today i did my 4th set of injection

i had a bit of trouble getting 1.5 mls in each , so what i had to do was to do 2 set of injection the first one was about 1 mls and then did it again with the other 0.5 mls.

it was much better this time with no pain in my stomach, just my balls feel a bit tight and sort to touch.

Thanks for all the good advice form this thread

Anyone who has any apprehension about doing this should absolutely not consider doing it.

Move on, seek a safer method. if you can afford it, if you can find it.

In my singular particular case, I was more in need of a solution than fearful of possible negative consequences.

And believe me, I had great fear and apprehension when I took that first plunge, which means I had an even greater unavoidable need to reduce testosterone.

I never encourage anyone to do this. It has to be a no holds barred, absolute acceptance and commitment of free will to accept one's own actions and risk.

I can only share what I think I did correctly, and incorrectly.

Avoiding what I did incorrectly would be advisable.

Doing what I did correctly for me, may not achieve the same results for someone else, so my journey should not be used as a template, merely a documentary.

Some people are driven to incredible amounts of elective plastic surgery to achieve some desired modification in their looks because to them they feel they need it done.

A very few people are driven to incredible actions to achieve a reduction in testosterone because to them they feel they need it done.

A small number of people striving to achieve something does not make them or what they are striving to achieve abnormal or irrational.

They are just a statistical small number.

With 7 billion people in the world, there is no valid reason why it is irrational when one in seven billion decides to do something that the remainder don't want to do.

I am thinking of the guy who climbs cracks in rocks in vertical cliffs with his bare hands and feet and no cables, ropes, chains, or hooks.

Crazy to me; but he is driven to do it.

Reduction in testosterone is a very difficult to obtain elective process, almost impossible to obtain if one is not a M2F candidate and not the kind of thing many people want.

It may be irrational to people who do not want their testosterone reduced, to people who can't understand why anyone would want it reduced,

but to the people who want to climb that vertical mountain, and get it reduced, the vertical cliff is real, the fear is real, but the journey must be made regardless of criticism, condemnation, or risk.

In my mind, for me, no amount of therapy could have possibly altered my physical mental emotional need for a reduction in testosterone.

Adding drugs to my body to reduce testosterone was useful as a trial run, but not as a permanent ongoing solution.

Having accomplished my driven need, I know my need was real, and the result achieved was worth the risk.

And I thank my lucky stars, that for me, there were no negative consequences.

It is said that 'no man is an island'.

Yet, in some ways, everyone is an island.

We are each unique.

When you add up the totality of each person's mental, physical, emotional body, and each person's experiences, beliefs, culture, habits,

it is absurd to think that any of us can understand why other people want what they want, or need what they need.

Even more absurd to think that we have a right to comment on what other people do, be it plastic surgery, M2F, F2M, M2E, tattoos on their entire body, or other body modifications. Testosterone to zero is just as valid of a life choice as the low T weakling who chooses to ramp up on steroids and have muscles on top of muscles.

Another person's need is real to them, even if not to us.

Thus, the phrase, 'to each his own', was created. Of course, without imposing upon or harming anyone else.

I am still here. Less than a month ago I had an second ultra-sound done on the testicles in 3.5 months. The first ultra-sound show swelling a trauma to both testicles. The second ultra-sound showed improvement. All the while I continued injections of 190 proof Everclear. I finally had to quit doing injections because the testicles would not take anymore fluids. Meanwhile the doctor wanted me to take Testosterone replacement called Testim for 3 months. So, I did that. It brought my T level up to 400 from 186. I did not like the affect of the T replacement. After I received my test result from the doctor, I was very confused and disappointed. So, I tried another injection and for the most part things have not changed. They took a tiny amount of Everclear. They only took about .25 ML combined. The left testicle swelled up fast and remained that way for a week. I don't know why my testicles have still not died off yet. I think I am going to get a second opinon from another doctor.
