I have followed this thread for a long time and thought I'd report on my experience. Thanks to all who reported their experiences before me as its taken me awhile to do this. I started about 4 years ago with my first injections of 1 1/2 cc to each one. Did my 6th round of injections last night, I wait several months between injections. I'm already on replacement T. My first injections were 1 1/2 cc to each. 4th and 5th were 2 cc, and the 6th was 3 cc to each. Only experienced pain the first two times. Left was half of its original size and right was 75% of original size before injecting last night. After injecting I used a ball crusher on them and took them down to 1/2 in to distribute the Everclear further. I removed the crusher and had an intense orgasm with cum (only about 1/3 of the volume I had before starting injections). Slept well considering time change and awoke this morning to my testicles swollen to about double size. Still no pain. Round 7 will be in 4-6 months as my doctor checks my T levels twice a year. Trying to show a gradual drop versus a sudden drop in T. I'm open to chatting with anyone about my experiences.

Started testicle injections

Today I injected both my balls with 1cc of everclear 190 proof and 1cc of xylocaine.

The balls had lost some feeling from years of needle play.

I placed the needle on the skin and pushed it into the ball until it was 1 inch inside and some pain was felt as it pierced the shell of the ball. It hurt a little as I pushed the plunger in and the clear fluid flowed into the ball.

It took some pressure to get the everclear in.

I have waited a long time for this event.

I have been squeezing each ball to spread the everclear inside. .

It hurts and I can feel the pain in my back and gut.

The everclear must be doing its work on the inside.

Over the last hour each ball is getting bigger and heavier and harder to squeezing. Each ball has is own way of pain.

The left one is sharper and the right one is duller together they are feeling like they will be reduced in size and feeling . I am looking forward to no hurting. Will post again when there balls are done reacting to this event.

I can now understand why people early in this thread thought it was ok to inject almost daily. The ONLY hint I have that I injected them yesterday is that they feel heavier and harder.

Did anyone else feel hornier following the first couple injections? I am assuming that it is related to the adrenaline rush of the injections and that it will soon pass.

Deepening on your Testosterone levels, yes you may notice testosterone increase from the release of testosterone from the dead cells in your testicles if you have low T. After your inject you testicles they swell up then after a few day be smaller than before the injection, but the amout of swelling and atrophy depends on the total amount of alcohol injected and the amount of damage caused.

Wow...the boys drank up that 2cc of 151 Everclear! Ran a half marathon Sunday, and pretty much back to normal today. Starting to think about when to give them another dose (Friday morning was the last round).

From my personal experience, Be careful about squeezing your balls after injecting. If any alcohol leaks out of the injection point you will be feeling fire, on the outer surface of your balls and in the inner sanctum of your scrotum. Like 11 on a pain scale of 10. And you don't want alcohol to enter the cords or any main veins. As far as my experience goes as long as injections were somewhere inside each ball, and as far away from the injection site as possible, all was well. I got carried away and injected way too much once. Amazingly no negative impact on the testicle, except an early demise, but when alcohol leaked out of the injection sites, major pain. Going slow and easy gave me no major issues. But, this is not to say what kind of reaction each individual will experience. So do not base your decisions upon my personal experience. I am just sharing what I experienced. Not a recommendation.

I have had alcohol leak a couple of times. 11 on a scale of 1 through 10 is very accurate.
