It's been a while since I've been here and thought I'd check in and see what's new. I must admit that I haven't been injecting myself on a regular basis in the past year as I've been busy cutting my subincision (done) and splitting my glans (not done unfortunately). Both are a huge turn on with the blood and the pain...it just gets better; however I get the urge to share some vodka with the boys and just shot each one with 1cc. It's a nice feeling to get some pre-cum preparing to inject the boys and afterwards. My testosterone level had dropped below "normal" on my last blood test and will see what it is on my next test. If you succeed in castrating yourself your urges to cut will likely subside or wane or stop. That happened to me and others, without testosterone there's no motivation to cut. Your sexual desires will fade and you'll become a eunuch. If that's what you really want, then injecting your testicles with alcohol will cause that to happen. Maybe it's already to late to change your mind, but just be ready for the consequences. I'm afraid that some who have injected their testicles to castrate themselves might not have been ready to become eunuchs. It's a definite life changing experience. I'm glad that I'm castrated, I enjoy the calm and not being driven by testosterone. When my penis started to shrink it was unanticipated, but I excepted it. Now my penis is small and lifeless and I don't care. What I'm saying is that don't castrate yourself because it causes sexual excitement, you might be sorry.

It's been a while, figured I'd post an update.

I've completed 12 rounds so far, the shape of my testes has changed a bit, but I don't think they are at a point at which a doctor would suspect much. They are not lumpy or misshapen, just harder and a bit smaller. The nice thing is that most all the feeling is gone, my daily aches and pains are pretty much non-existent now. The epididymis is still sensitive, but I knew that would still be the case when beginning the treatment.

I'm a bit disappointed that I've had such little physical change in the shape and size, I've tried injecting more (got 1.7cc into the right side once), but it caused my right nut to swell up to 2.5x is size. I took a few weeks before resuming after that and have been sticking to 1cc or less on each side. I keep debating if I should just stop and wait a few months, but I don't want them to recover and have to start over from the beginning.

My libido is pretty dialed in right now, I'm on a super low dose of a hormone compound that is keeping my strength levels steady and I'm at a point where sex and sexual thoughts are an elective thought.

I hope that within a few months things will be at a point where a Urologist will remove them.

Thanks Hash for your comments; however I've abused my dick and balls for years (I'm 65). Since I started the injections I don't have the sex drive that I used to, my dick is almost hidden by my foreskin that was left hanging like the skin on a turkey neck when I cut my meatotomy and frenenum, my left ball is the size of a green olive and my right ball stays the same most of the time and my tits are huge...I could wear a bra if I thought I could get away with it

Like you I don't care about my small dick and if I could...I'd get that useless muscle removed at the same time my balls are removed.

Hi all well I drew up the 80% proof vodka this mornining but its took me all day till 6pm to get up the courage, got them out then in then out and so on the first time was hard, but I pushed one of my ball tight in the sack and went for it after the first bit of pain as it went in the sack I was surprised how easy it went in to my ball about another cm and no resistance as I pushed the plunger and delivered 1ml in. I had some pain in my groin more then the ball but only time will tell took pain killers just in case. Should I do both balls together, or when should I do the other one and how often I know its all on here and Ive read it before but I just want reassurance.

You may have read my other posts about visitting the doctor about my hot flushes and how lie to him I had pain down below, he has sent bloods of and I am waitting for an ultrasound I hope to get some damage done that will show up before then. I am also taking a calcium overdose as I know it settles in the nuts and can cause problems. My brother also had testicular cancer so im going to play on being afraid of that (hes got one nut now.)

I dont know when the scan is but as its the nhs and christmas is comming I would hope a couple of months then atleast a little damage should show. I'm just so happy and exsited now.

Here is my humble contribution to those injecting liquids into their testicles.

I did an experiment out of curiosity and injected harmless saline solution into my left testicle leaving right one untouched for comparision.

I used a large syringe filled with 15ml and 21G needle (0,8mm) relatively large size compared to sizes people use here for alcohol injections.

I aimed the centre of testicle with a needle and pushed it inward approx. 1,5-2cm. I felt pain immediately as I applied pressure for injection. As the pain remained constant I injected around 2ml and pulled needle out. 2ml is quite a lot for a testicle to take. It will increase its size around 10% and increase its internal pressure. Still it is too little to notice.

As testicle is built so that its insides duct liquid toward epidymis, most probably some of injected liquid ended up in there, causing pressure there and pain accordingly.

I felt like I was kicked in the ball.

Pain was considerable but not unbearable for first 10 minutes. Then it suddenly decreased. Pain source is clearly epidymis. It feels painful to touch while other testicle epidymis isn't painful at all. I'll see how much time it will take for pain to go away. Pain itself is interesting. It is like waving, increasing and subsiding.

I think that for effective killing of testicle tissue it is not good to try to aim center of testicle. It will cause unneccessary pain and directs alcohol away from testicle tissues. Instead there should be small injections around testicle surface right after penetrating tunica albuginea. Like 0,5ml should be enough for one injection site. Then several small injections can be made during one session. Only may be last injections of the treatment should be aimed to the center of testicle.

May be it helps to achieve goal faster and with less pain.

That's how I felt the first time. All that apprehension for nothing, really. I rubbed some benzocaine on the inject site so there was absolutely no pain injecting. I wanted to try it again almost right away. Be sure to to pull back on the plunger a bit just in case you hit a vein, don't rush things, be careful and and good luck to you.

I used 30G syringes that had 0.5 cm needles. I injected usually around 0.8 - 1 ml, more or less, each time. I tried to focus on the center but who knows how accurate my attempts actually were. I usually experienced no pain, either when injecting or afterwards, and only some very minor discomfort for a short period of time that was typically gone by the following day or two. I would describe the post injection sensation as more of a reassurance to me than an unpleasant feeling.

In dogs chlorhexidine was tested to achieve sterilisation. Single shot of 5% solution into each testicle was enough. Also obvious drop of libido and testosterone levels was monitored.
