Thank you for reminding me of the risks that in my excitement it is all too easy to forget, but I am aware of the risks involved. My questions were specific.

1. What happens if you kill one testicle and not the other?

2. What happens if you leave in the hard nut of an atrophied testicle?

Answers to your questions:

Question #1 -If you kill or remove one testicle the remaining testicle will almost always make up for the loss by producing more testosterone to compensate. In other words, your remaining testicle should/will maintain your overall maleness. However, it might take a few months for the remaining testicle to do this. I removed my left testicle

in 97 and my testosterone levels dropped

considerably for the first three months. I felt the difference, my strength abated and my overall sexuality waned. I got depressed, despaired, visited a urologist who told me to wait awhile, he was sure that I'd my testosterone levels would increase and they did. I returned to my old self, which is why I had to have the remaining testicle removed. The sexual desires overwhelmed me and my desire to be completely castrated grew stronger. I abused my remaining testicle to the point that it started to fail. Dr. Kimmel then completed my castration.

Question #2 - I have read multiple times in different medical articles that you should remove any atrophied organ because there is a higher cancer risk if you leave it where it is. So if it's atrophied remove it, what good is it anyways?

My questions for you: Are you 66 years old? Is your penis suspensory ligament cut?

Thanks for the very clear answer. I suppose I asked about the removal as i would rather avoid going back to the hospital. however I am rather hoping for the chance that they would remove the testicle for me. As to you question, yes I am 66 and my suspensory ligament is not cut.

I don't understand how you guys do it without pain... Everytime I do it I'm in soul crushing agony, It literally feels like my whole lower body is on fire for an hour or so then followed by an hour of someone stamping on them. I've done it 4 times. I've tried various things and they only reduce the pain by a moderate amount. but my pained screaming and howling has gotten some pepole worried.

I basically am struggling to bear it I honestly think hacking them off would be better because then I'd only experience this horrible pain once.

How much are you injecting? Maybe you are hitting the epididymis. I had pretty bad pain the first time, but nothing like you describe. I was using less than 1cc each though trying to take is slow in the beginning.

variable amounts from 0.3cc to 0.9cc I could be hitting my epididymis however I've done it in several different spots of the testicle with varying results either instant excrutiating pain or a few minute delay before the horrible pain sets in. I used to use 70% ethanol but I switch down to the 45% to try and reduce the pain it only did slightly.

The problem with trying to avoid the epidydymis is that i've been on transsexual HRT for 2 years thus my testis are small. maybe the nerves are more concentrated as a result.

When I do inject they swell up 4-5 times their atrophied size and thus are really tight in my scrotum the cords are what hurt the most tho... They seem to cramp up somthing chronic and try to pull it inside my body (whitch they can do normally) but in their enormous swollen size they just pull fruitlessly snarl up and hurt.

I just did my third round this morning. I think they recovery has been so quick because I kept the first two rounds pretty conservative. The testes were back to normal size for a couple days without any noticeable discomfort, so I figured it was time to have another go at it.

I was able to get a full 1cc into the left and 1.5cc into the right. This is almost double what I was previously able to do. No pain or discomfort during the injection, but I figured I shouldn't push it too far. about 15-20 minutes after doing the injections there has been quite a bit of pain, but no swelling or bruising. It lasted about 1 hour now it's just a mild ache.

This time I used two injection sites per testicle, each slightly off center, and I varied the depth and angle at each spot in an attempt to disperse the alcohol as much as possible inside. My left side is about 1/2" smaller than the right which explains the difference in alcohol capacity. For reference, my bigger testicle (right) is about 1.5 inches long and left is about 1 inch. I think it helps to know some of these base statistics when comparing notes.

You must be just injecting the sack! You have to get the needle inside the testicle itself.
