it's not my second injection. Since I upgraded to 188proof alcohol, it's the second injection, but I've injected 5 times with 80proof before.

Ok, well time to put my piece in. About 6 months ago I started to do alcohol injections after the 3rd set of injections I had to stop. It hurt so damn bad it would incapacitate me for several hours. Realize now, I had done the chem castration experiment for 8 months about 18 months ago, I was so happy with how I felt I just knew that castration was the route for me. I reread all the threads here and realized i had been doing the injections wrong, when I injected in the past I had hit the epididymis and thus inflicted great pain on myself.

Last night I took the plunge again. I injected my left testicle first identifying the cords and epididymis and ensuring I did not hit either. I sterilized the area and then slowly inserted the 23g 1" needle into the testicle about half way then injected 1.5cc of everclear into the testicle. The result; little pain a bit of tenderness but that was all. I then repeated the procedure to the right testicle but only injected 1cc (this fella is about 1/3 smaller than the bigger fella) and again only mild discomfort. Today as I sit here I have no pain although they feel a bit of a heavy feeling in the fellas. I know this is what I want and plan to inject again in 5 days using the same procedures as I did last night.

I hope soon my t levels will lower and I will become impotent.

Another "soon to be" alcohol injected eunuch. I am amazed. I wonder how many eunuchs will result from this method. It is a growing phenomenon and though it can be painful if the needle is misplaced, the complications and side effects seem to be minimal. It also makes elastration, banding, slicing, and other methods obsolete. It has the benefit of eventually resulting in surgical castration in a hospital under the care of a qualified urologist or not. If there was a way to keep count, I'm guessing that over the next five years more and more men will resort to using this method to castrate themselves. Doctors might consider it an epidemic.

AtlantaJim and others. Even though I am an Everclear alcohol injection success story I do not encourage or advise others what to do. But, I feel I should share what I did (and not that anyone should do what I did).

I waited 3-5 days AFTER any tenderness stopped. That was almost 2 weeks after first injection, but after third injection, was about 7-10 days. I lost track but after 4-5 injections the balls were pretty numb. The cords and epididymus in left ball are dead. But in they right ball they are in a state of constant tenderness. I think the right ball needs more and I will be doing it again soon.

I got busy and just thought I would give them time to settle down for a month or two. No rush. It is working. This is the kind of process where less if better and haste is not needed.

An epidemic? Not exactly. Although it might be time to buy stock in Everclear.

Oh my goodness! Remember I had the biopsy done on my right testicle last Thursday right? Well my right testicle has swollen from the size of a medium grape to about the size of a ping-pong ball! It's numb to the touch, but I will NOT squeeze it. Blech! I've also noticed a small ache or fullness in my right abdomen the past several days. I see my urologist for a follow-up today, so I wonder what he'll be thinking? Yikes, haha.

I know that we have little control over what doctors do, but if a doctor ever tells me I need a biopsy on a ball or two I will tell him or her that if there is risk or doubt, just take it out. Save time. If a ball or two have cancer in them I do not want to risk letting it out of the container that it is in; just take it out, lock, stock, and barrel.

Doctors are so concerned about not castrating someone. At any age, keeping cancer risk as low as possible is more important than preserving a couple of balls. It is one of the easiest places to get rid of cancer.

And I will not let them slice my scrotum open. They need to do a single or double oriechetomy and remove as much as possible, ball, cords, etc. Leave nothing behind that might contain cancer.

Hi Everyone,

For those who's been anticipating the biopsy results, unfortunately, my urologist and the person detecting the biopsy specimen was only searching for cancer, again, and it tested negative, again. I guess they just have to check several times to completely rule out the possibility of cancer. Don't get me wrong, I never want to have ANY kind of cancer, especially not breast cancer. The urologist plans on giving me another ultrasound in . . . 6 months.:(:(

HOWEVER, That may all change once I finally decide to tell my doctors that I have been injecting Vodka and Everclear alcohol into my testicles the whole time. I know that if a doctor knew their patient was doing something that dangerous, they'd probably be admitted to a Psych Ward. I am seeing a psychiatrist and a social worker every few weeks or so, though that's not the same as a Psych Ward. I might not tell all three about my testicle injections, but I am going to see my primary care doctor (Dr. Heather) this Monday, and definitely tell her. The reason being because she knows I'm in a mtf transition, because I registered to see her for hormone therapy, and she explained nicely that she was just a family doctor like my other primary care doctor. I saw her a couple of months ago in an attempt to have a second testosterone test. She didn't see it as necessary unless I was currently on HRT, because of my previous result of 522 ng/dl. She seemed to have some intuition or feeling that I had done something to lower my T levels, and said that she'd go ahead and order a test if I had a good reason why my testosterone would be low. My other primary care doctor (Dr. Victor) also knows that I'm transsexual and transitioning. I might tell him too. Dr. Ch on the other hand, doesn't seem to grasp the concept of transgenderism, even after I told him before the biopsy, and it's almost like he doesn't recognize me dressing as a woman and stuff. He most likely thinks that I'm cis-gendered male. I'd like to know the look on his face IF I was to tell him about my testicle injections.

So to make a long story short, I'm going to tell both my primary care doctors about my testicular injections, as they both know I'm transsexual, and will most likely be understanding and sympathetic.

My psychiatrist and counselor does not know of my injections, and I don't know if I should tell them. Maybe I should, but not lay it on too thick. However, I'm going to see a new psychiatrist for now on, since my old one is leaving the center. I'm gonna miss my old psychiatrist. Our last appointment was this afternoon.

P.S. For the past two days, I seem to be more emotional and ready to cry over things I once wouldn't even get teary over. Doesn't feel bad or bothersome though.

That's totally true. BTW, the urologist noticed my swollen right testicle today and palpated both, then headed for the drawer. I was actually afraid that he was about to get a syringe and try to drain some fluid from my testicle (What irony!) He instead just got a few bandages and alcohol pads and proceeded to removing the staples out of my surgical incision. Those staples had been bothering and hurting me all morning. My testicle is still swollen just as large right now.

Only mild discomfort and as I said a calmness, I feel good. I plan to do it again saturday if I still feel ok.
