I'm wondering what I would think if I was your urologist. I mean, I know from my experiences with them that some of these urologists are really suspicious. I had a urologist once tell me, after coming clean and telling him about my testicle abuse, that if the public knew what men did to their genitals it would absolutely amaze them. So I think a lot of urologists are suspicious based upon that statement. However, I know that the alcohol injections must be a real mystery to most. It's hard to detect and harder still to figure out.

My shrunken testes were discovered by my regular doctor who sent me to a urologist. He did inquire about any trauma or previous illness which may have been a factor but was satisfied when I said there was none. I certainly didn't mention doing the alcohol injections nor the chemical castration meds I was taking. Both he and a fellow endocrinologist used the word puzzled but were much more interested in solving my physical problem than being detectives to discover the root cause. Even after a biopsy, nothing was ever questioned again. And I probably looked as suspicious as one might be when he first had me stand in front of him as he sat on a chair and had me drop my pants for the first exam. He saw my flowered panties, my hairless pubic region and my penis pierced with a large frenum piercing and a shackle dangling from it. Does that look like someone who would do any damage himself? Yet that point was never really pressured.

clysmaniac,

I will go a step further and say that most urologists have seen a lot of male & female genitalia and because of what they've seen, I think nothing shocks them very much anymore. I would guess that more than half of all men in the U.S. and a quarter of most American women have tattooed, pierced, chained, and shaved their genitals and most aren't embarrassed enough to try and hide what they've done from their doctors or urologists. The first time and last time I ever shocked a doctor was in 1996. She was a young intern and I had swollen testicles from abuse, she was amazed and took a lot of time examining me. But 2 years ago, when I had to find a new doctor, I selected an older female regular physician. I had to have a physical and I filled out the paperwork stating I was castrated, when she came in I sort of warned her about what she was going to see, and she told me that she's seen it all and that nothing surprises her anymore. So I doubt that you can shock many doctors or urologists anymore.

I have questions for those brave and pioneering souls who have injected with alcohol then had testicles removed.

Did any of you have a Dr. notice scars from repeated injections?

Did they ask you if you deliberatley manipulated your testicles in order to damage them?

Did they send you to a psycologist afterward or keep you for psyciatric observation? :-\

Considering the cost of medical care - Would it be better to just tell the urologist what is really going on ? This would eliminate a lot of unnecessary tests, procedures, investigation, wasted doctor's time, and lab work. You may find that the urologist is more understanding and accepting of what is happening than you would expect. Has anyone done this ? What kind of response did you get ?

IMO, keyword here is "self harm". You have a great potential to end up in psych ward this way, and as it is said: "easy to get in, much harder to get out".

Or am I wrong?

That is my 5 cents...

I am glad to hear that this venue has been beneficial to you. I must say that I had no idea that it would turn into a long thread that it presently is. Go figure - - - and be well.

How things have changed here. It seems that I remember when a topic like this was frowned upon.

Only safe, professional, elective surgery was suggested. Discussion of other methods were limited to warnings of the danger or cautionary tales of how someone did it after the fact.

I don't know if they've changed that much. There have been plenty of posts on here by the various Admins warning that is not recommended by EA or anyone associated with running the site. No different than burdizzo and other discussions. Biggest difference is every comparing notes and giving updates as they do it to themselves.

The injections do work. They will permanently lower one's testosterone level significantly, similar to what one might experience when one is chemically castrated. However, from my experience anyway, they will not bring one to the lowest level that surgical castration does. For some, the injections are a temporary bridge to complete castration, while for others they are enough. There are risks involved, as some here have related from their personal experiences, and they may result in a recommended orchiectomy diagnosis to avoid potential problems later.

Hi guys,

My urologist had me get a CT scan done on my pelvic region yesterday. I don't know what they're gonna find though. The urologist I'm seeing plans on getting a biopsy done on my testicles, depending on what they find or don't find from the CT. They'll probably just find significant scar tissue in my testicles.
