It sounds as if you really

need to make an appointment with

your doctor so he examine you and hopefully refer you to a urologist. Hopefully they will discover it is just scar tissue and nothing more. However, I would not wait too long before seeing your doctor so that a proper diagnosis can be made. Be well and I wish you a safe and successful journey.

That is not Testicular Cancer....your doctor might test for that, but he would not know about the injections..from my experience personally with the injections, you have listed all of MY side effects. I have completed 8

sets of 190 proof everclear injections

and I am experiencing the exact effects...I mean like identicle. But....I have also had a recent surge in sexual thoughts..I even masturbated twice the other day..I was starting to feel so much more calm and my desire was getting so low...then the other day things seemed to change, like I was given a direct shot of the evil T..I have not had any blood tests done yet, but I am assuming that this is the Adrenal Glands kicking up their production....anyone else experience this????

Yeah, I believe there's definitely something going on with those adrenals and testosterone surge. Your T-levels are probably like mines are now, more or less. As for the hard lumpiness on our testicles, it could certainly just be scar tissue. However, you can't completely rule out a possibility of tumors or cancerous tissue. I also read earlier in this thread that testicular trauma like this opens the door to testicular cancer later on. I'd suggest you also get your testicles checked out if you feel any distinct lumps, ASAP. Better safe and sorry.

I have a doc appointment soon with a doctor my therapist set me up with and he is fully aware that I am TG and on self administered HRT. My therapist knows about the "nut shots" (as my friend Melissa calls them) and I guess I will just tell the doc. It is funny how even most TG girls absolutely CRINGE at the idea of doing this.

I don't have any problems with them but they are only a fraction of their original size. It is going to be interesting to see the lab results when I get my first labs done.

Hi everyone,

My doctor thinks that most of my side effects are due to my antidepressant medicine (Lexapro). He referred me to another hospital to get an ultrasound done on my testicles. I'm scheduled to get the ultrasound this upcomming Tuesday on April 19. I'm aware that this could be just scar tissue, but I just can't afford to take any chances.

I agree, better safe than sorry. I bet they discover atrophied non-functioning testicles and hopefully after your results are read, your doctor recommends their removal. Wouldn't that be a great day. I had several testicular ultrasounds before and after castration. I remember the technician saying, "Why'd you come in for this test? You don't have any testicles." Actually I was having some pain in my scrotum post orchiectomy, that's why he wanted a test. They didn't find anything and after a month the pain subsided.

Here for the record. Hopefully one day someone will take some of this great material for research written here by some many of us based on our experiments and experiences and put it into a nice format that can be use to help/treat others.

After almost 7 weeks I finally gather the courage to put my 6th injection on both.

This time I felt around many times during several days trying to identify the healthy parts of my testes from (in my opinion) the bag layer(s). Sometimes I thought that is almost 50% of what seem to be the mass of my testicles is just this layer tissue. The other 25% hard lumps left from previous injections and 25% of some healthy parts that may be keeping the testosterone levels high enough to produce hard ons on me.

I shot .8 ml on each. I held the testicle with my fingers trying to pull it up to secure it in one place. The slowly put the needle in (~1 to 2 min), and very slowly push in the alcohol (~ 2 - 3 min). Then very slowly put the needle out (~1 min).

As my previous last two shots were incredible painful that I almost fainted each time. This time, I was expecting incredible pain, however it was much less than expected. I also pay attention on my breathing as I think unconsciously holding it during the previous shots might had greatly contributed to my almost fainting.

I'm using needles 27g .75" and 96% drinkable alcohol I got at the pharmacy.

I should mentioned that in the last 4 weeks my libido is returning back. I get relatively easily hard when cuddling with my partner. That is another reason I gather courage as I really want to enjoy simply being together feeling the skin contact and warm without the sexual urge taking over the most subtle cuddling loving feelings. Also I really wish to become physically as much feminine as I can eventually become and this hard ons kind of shatter my feminine state of mind so I want to get rid of them. Life is so puzzling.

Have fun with your transition. I think your rise in libido is due to your adrenal glands increasing production of androgens. Danni (need2bcastr8ed) said that the adrenal glands will boost it's production of testosterone in response to castration. However, she said it is TEMPORARY, and lasts for a few weeks at most. Thank God. The adrenal glands normally produce testosterone, but at a very low level. Her and I are also experiencing this issue right now. I have a lump or two and my testes are hard on one side. I'm getting an ultrasound done on them in a few days to be on the safe side.

Well went to my Dr. and she freaked out, sent me for a ultrasound and the radiologist freaked out, and sent me to a specialist and he said nothing looks odd, however my testicles are lumpy, hard, and shrunken. Damn Quack!!! I get my T results Monday morning so we will see, I injected 2 ml each Saturday morning with no problems or pain. Loving the calm feelings.
