Marcy, let the nature take it's course. Too much caffeine is not good for you, and you will simply build resistance to it. And going off caffeine can be unpleasant experience.

Hi fhunter, I'm a regular coffee drinker and I know that too much caffeine is bad for you. I also posted earlier that I was aborting this plan to loose muscle tone and mass. I do notice some results from doing it though. However, I won't try this anymore.

Hi Marcy,
I was curious as to when you plan to start on hormones? Are you going to go the Doctor route or the self-medicate way?

Hi Batman. I plan to let a doctor prescribe me hormones, estrogen of course. I don't mind waiting until I can finally get some, unless I start getting osteoporosis, which I don't think happens to all who are castrated or hysterectomized, just most. I Still wouldn't take the risk of living without any estrogen though.

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
I had Osteopenia in my spinal column that led to my becoming disabled. My lumbar are compressed causing 5 disk leaks and multiple herniations. The cause for me was low testosterone. I don't know how many years I was low before that but you need to watch out for it. Years of calcium supplements and Boniva have brought my bones up to normal. Didn't cure the disability, but still better than having soft or brittle bones.
I'm currently seeing a counselor and after self-medicated estradiol for a month I stopped and decided to go the doctor route. I want to feminize but not transition. Lucky(?) for me years of testosterone replacement led to atrophied testicles, so I don't have to worry about that.

YIKES! I hope I don't get that bad of a reaction. I feel sorry for you having that spinal disability. I hope it improves.
How did you feel on estradiol, what were any changes in your mood or emotions.

The back is permanent I'm afraid. I have a morphine pump implant that delivers a constant slow drip into my spinal fluid to help control pain (not my circulatory system so no fun effects of morphine
I did the estradiol gel 2x a day (1gm doses from inhouse) I mostly felt it in my nipples. There was a general soreness when I touched them. No mood or mental changes. After 4 weeks and a few days, and 5+ weeks off of testosterone, I felt my body craving T. I can't explain it better than that, but I knew I need it.
When I started to self-medicate is when I decided if I'm doing THIS I better see someone too. Also my craving for T, and the fact I was self-medicating was why I stopped until I can get it from a doctor. I believe what I bought was legitimate, but still I'll feel better buying it locally. I also want to do injections not gels or patches.
