Jerry, Do you have other symptoms of being castrated? What are they?

I've been feeling sleepier and more sedated lately since my last injection, even when drinking 3 cups of extra strong coffee.

Marcy,

I have been sleepy too. I slept 18 hours Friday. I am doing my 7th set of 190 proof injections tonight. I feel more tired and less interested in some things I spent hours doing in the past. Also I don't smell "musty" when I get into the shower. I don't think I have had any hot flashes yet. I do wake up easily in the night though..also my nipples itch, and I have not had an orgasm in 7 days, which to me is a long time..I hope I am almost there. I am loving my new life as of now..I have so much more control..and when I look at a beautiful person, I look at their face, movements, expressions...instead of ass, tits, legs....wierd..I love it!!!!!

Hi Everyone :)

Well, it was a rainy Sunday so I decided with little else going on to go ahead with my second round of everclear injections this morning. That means I had 6 full days in between these and my first series of injections. I would have preferred a bit more time but the swelling and soreness had disappeared completely and I was a bit eager to move on with this.

The method I used was the same as the first: I tied the scrotum just below the testicles tightly with a length of soft ribbon so that both strained against the outer walls of the skin leaving little room for movement. I prepared the two 25 gauge 5/8 needles ahead of time with 1.5 cc of everclear to make things easier and to avoid any cross contamination issues. I sterilized the left testicle first with an alcohol swab and slowly pushed the needle through the scrotum (the most difficult part for me) deep into the center of the testical. I pulled back a bit on the syringe to check that I did not have a vein and slowly injected the full 1.5cc everclear. I did start to get a fullness developing in the lower part of my tummy but otherwise I felt little or no discomfort (normally the pain and swelling takes about 15 minutes to set in). After slowly retracting the empty syringe I again swab the injection site with alcohol and move on to the right side.

After repeating the exact procedure on the right side I disposed of the used needles and waited for the swelling and discomfort to begin.

Now I must tell you with the second round of injections it really seems to be a bit more uncomfortable than the first! It has been about five hours and I can barely walk :( I know the alcohol is doing what it is meant to do but I sure hope it gets a little less uncomfortable with future injections.

I have not noticed any size difference up to this point but I'm hopeful the little buggers are shriveling and dying!

That's all for now. Be well all and I'll update on my third round in about a week or so!

Hugs,

Brooke

Danni,

That's lovely at the end of your comment. I also read that some people might not experience hot flashes after testosterone levels reach castrate levels. Who knows, your testosterone might be at or below castrate levels as you read this! Heck, mines might be also. Sadly, we can't be for sure what our exact ng/dl is until we get a blood test done. I heard that the castrate level for testosterone is either 50 ng/dl or 20 ng/dl. I got both of those levels from different sources.

Good luck on your transition!:)

From Sherry Lanina:

DECREASED ENERGY - In addition to losing physical strength, a eunuch will often experience a decrease in metabolism and energy. Doing heavy lifting and other efforts do wear me out more quickly than before. I also feel chilly more easily than before and have become more sensitive to small changes in temperature. http://sherrylanina.tripod.com/castrationeffects.htm

As a eunuch I get more tired more easily, however, I had difficulty sleeping for the first few months after castration. Every eunuch is different, but all eunuchs will experience physical and emotional changes which occur over time.

I have had trouble sleeping even though I feel tired. I have completed 7 sets of 190 proof everclear injections. When I sleep I wake up easier and more often during the night. It is like I am in a "lighter" sleep. My arms, especially my forearms, are getting tired a lot easier. Very strange. Anyway, I can sure say that I think this method works...at least it has a big impact. I do not think I am done with the injections yet....but in a couple months I plan on seeing my doctor...then we will know for sure. Good Luck to anyone trying this...I just want to say that if not done correctly it is very dangerous, it is painful, and it takes a lot of patience..It is also something that you will have done to your body in such an extreme way that you may never, ever, be able to tell anyone else the truth....thank God for places like Eunuch Archive. I can say that EA has probably saved my life...Thank you sooo much!

Hi Danni! I've been feeling exactly as you described, tired, but not sleepy. I've been drinking coffee, but since I'm getting a blood test for my testosterone level in a few weeks, I'm going to stop consuming coffee/caffeine so that it doesn't affect my true testosterone level. I'm significantly fatigued right now as I type this, and I've downed 3 cups of extra-strength Folger's coffee a few hours ago. The caffeine seems to not be countering this fatigue at all, which is most likely the cause of testosterone deficiency ;). Heck, maybe the energizing effect of caffeine is masking part of my fatigue, and I'd be even more fatigued if I wasn't consuming coffee/caffeine. Anyway, I can't wait to see any physical changes of castration, like softer skin and fat re-distribution towards the hips, thighs, buttocks, and chest.

Nope. I haven't taken any hormones before either.
