Thank you everyone for the help and advice. i could not do this without you all. Once i started this process i found it so hard to wait between injections, once you feel the tingling of the alcohol working it is hard to wait. i will definately wait 8-10 days before doing it again. My biggest fear is that if i stop, they will start to regrow or something..i just don't want all of this work and pain to go to waste. Still some pain today, but it is very bearable, just knowing why they hurt helps me get along.

You're certainly welcome Danni. Also, I don't think you would have to worry too much about your testicles regenerating after the sclerosing effects of ethanol cause the testicular veins to collapse, causing a loss of blood circulation to the testicles, killing them. My testicles are still sore to the touch after over 72 hours, and the left one has been aching today. I did accidentally inject my left testicle off-center last time, 2/3 of the way towards the cord area. That may actually be causing more live tissue below that to die off as I type. I suggest we start injecting our testicles upward 2/3 to cause more testicular death.

i think that it what i did. i injected it towards the top but i put the needle all the way into the core. How many injections have you done so far? I will be doing my fifth round in 7 days or so..just hoping this works.....

Hello one and all, just a bit of good advice for those of you who are well into the injections or have already stopped and think about getting some blood test done.

The sooner the better, then you can see the difference.

I stopped my injections in May2010 and did blood work in August

as the kind lady doctor said, your female hormones are toooooooooo high ad your male are tooooooooooo low...I don't think VIAGRA will help

what I think are the 5 most important tests are as follows and i have put mine to compare what is normal and where i was

1 Cholesterol 207 nn to be less than 190

2 Testosterone 0,50 nn to be between 1,93 and 7,44

3 free Test 194 nn to be between 616 and 3919

4 FSH 63,2 nn to be 2,0 and 12,0

5 LH 44,6 nn to be between 2,0 and 9

the FSH and LH are the female hormanes that are inside all of us....

I have started taking Susteron500 to get thinks back in the normal range

and the below are some result from February this year.

Doctor only did the T and LH plus Cholesterol

1 is now 215

T is now 1,16

LH is now 20,6

Morning erections are coming back, but things are much better overall with a bit of T, and yes if you didnot see or read my last three posts I no longer have them. My Urologe first thought that it was T cancer and that it was better to get rid of them.

They were not able to find the cause, they thought it could have been trama or something else.

As every bodty says....be careful..it is final, there is no going back, but the sooner you get the base blood work done the better you will be able to check your progress. regards.

I've done 6 sets of injections, 3 with Vodka and 3 with Everclear.

Marcy, I noted you said you nearly fainted after doing your first injection. I was a quivering mass of nerves during and after injection no. 1. After the 2nd injection it was not nerve wracking at all for me. Now it is very easy.

I do use two syringes; one for the left, one for the right. With both of them prepared in advance it goes easier. A used needle could pick up a germ when removed and re-used, so it just seems better, and quicker, to use two syringes.

After my 7th injection (2.5cc each) there was still no pain, but they did get pretty big. It took about a week for them to shrink back down again. There was some minor sensitivity in the tissues outside of the teste. Once that went away I did injection 8 with 2cc each. No pain or tenderness. They are a little larger and heavier, but not as large as when I injected 2cc. About a week or so after each session they seem to get smaller than after the prior session.

In that I am not personally interested in living a M2F life, and the only two meds I have taken are Siterone, and Testosterone, I can't comment on what you might expect. When my T level went way down, my physician prescribed testosterone. I am taking it now in an attempt to determine how a full dose affects me and what the blood test results will be. I just want to take the minimal amount so that my interest and ability in sexual activity does not return, but hopefully can minimize negative impact of having low T.

I found that by inserting the needle all the way, and then while slowly removing the needle pressing plunger to inject fluid, the fluid went in easier. Of course one must be certain all the fluid is injected before removing the needle from the teste as that is no good and will cause painful burning when the fluid gets inside the scrotum and makes contact with the actual sack that contains the testicle. Also, as the needle comes out I put finger pressure on the spot where the needle came out to help prevent leakage of fluid out of the testicle.

One thing that still fascinates me is how firm and numb both testes are. It feels so odd to touch them and they do not sense being touched. Or I squeeze each one, and there is no pain. A fringe benefit that I had not anticipated. In the beginning I was hoping that they would shrink to oblivion. They are smaller; maybe they will get smaller yet with additional injections. Or at some point be diagnosed as needing to be removed, although at this point they almost seem as if they are artificial and it is such a neat feeling I would not mind keeping them.

Good luck on your new life. Yeah, I can also say for sure that the extreme anxiety masked most of the pain of the injection. I don't see how I could ever manage to cram 2.5 cc into one testicle. The most I've injected into each testicle is 1.5 cc. I probably won't need to ever inject that much for now on though, seeing that my testes started shrinking last week. I sure wish that checking your testosterone levels were as easy as using a glucose meter (my sister has had type 1 diabetes since age 12 in August 2006). She's managing it well though.

It sounds as if you've killed them and I suspect you might already be a eunuch even though you still have your testicles. When are you planning on getting tested to prove that they're dead? Also, remember that if they are dead, your body might absorb the dead tissue or they might just remain atrophied. Atrophied organs can become cancerous and that's one reason to have them removed. Get some medical advice about this to be sure.
