I did it once and couldn't walk for a couple hours, also, someone else injected enough to cause the testicle to start to rupture and ended up in the hospital. After 8 injections I wouldn't think you'd be able to get 1ml in. Inject slowly and listen to your body, don't try to force in set ammounts. My left testicle went from a couple injections of 1cc and then started to taper down by .1-.2 cc ea until it became firm and could only take .1 cc before I concluded that it was "dead". It still aches if squeezed but sits high in the sac and remains firm. The right one has tapered to about .5cc at it's last dose, with any luck it'll throw in the towel soon.
I couldn't agree more with this whole statement.
Pain is a signal from your body that something is wrong.
We're choosing to ignore that pain to get what we want - castration.
Still, I think listening to your body is wise.
I injected almost a whole cc into the left one. The pain is going away when I inject. I didn't inject hardly anything into it last week so it was able to take more. I started on the right one - barely pushing anything in - and knew something wasn't right so I stopped. I injected that one last week so it should still be tender. I decided to leave well enough alone.
If I err, it's on the side of caution.
I'm alternating now, the left one on one week and the right one the next.
It's nice to know that I'm feeling less pain and discomfort so long as I wait for the swelling to go down and I'm glad to see that I'm getting 1 cc in.
Like you said - don't go so religiously with set amounts. Do what your body can stand and let it be for a while. You'll get there.
I'd rather do more injections over a longer period, knowing I'm being safer than want to do less injections and risk a rupture.
