I find it strange that there are a lot of people out there that can inject 12 times and more before their testicles become hard, and mine became hard in just 4 injections. Do you think its because they started out with regular vodka instead of Everclear like I did? ...

I believe there's two causes:

a) Low proof/% alcohol used in injections.

b) Low time in between injections.

a causes less of an effect on the tissue and the b causes the next injections to be into swollen/dead liquid - thus diluting the shot made, when the two is combined you get even less of an effect. Some of those I noticed with many injections also injected often.

I'm kinda curious, have you had your testosterone measured ? Given your small testicle size, I'd assume that you currently wouldn't produce any(or very little) testosterone in the testicles ?

I started out using 100 proof Smirnoff

and switched to 190 proof Everclear maybe starting with my fourth or fifth injection. Th

e change was almost immediate.

My testicle became smaller and harder very quicky thereafter.

High pressure inside a testicle also produces damage. It may be that injecting relatively large quantities or at too short intervals may cause the testicle to become hardened. On the up side, this damage also reduces a testicle's ability to produce sperm and testosterone. --FLO--

so far, so good. my right testicle has hurt since getting a vasectomy back in '96. Today, after last nights bilateral injections, the left has the same dull ache that the right normally has. The right is simply slightly more sore than normal. Similar to what happens when I get highly, highly aroused. Overall, better than I expected from a pain standpoint.

I am quite happy, if not giddy, to be finally starting down the path to where I need to be.

Interesting, I didn't know that. Do you have any links where I might read what they used in the high pressure tests (saline?)? I guess that if high pressure kills, one might use a saline solution (but it does sound like a rupture risky approach).

Alright, I just did my 7th alcohol injection with 100 proof vodka in the right testicle. I compared righty to the left side prior to the injection and they're about the same size. The left side doesn't get any injections only the right. So I'm a little annoyed that the little bugger is going strong after 7 injections! I will you destroy you little teste DO YOU HEAR ME! EVEN IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO!!! YOU WILL DIE!! HAHA jk. So I really need to purchase that polish 192 proof vodka so I can start seeing the fruits of my labor. I'd much rather find it in a actual store than have it shipped and that task is proving quite difficult. I am noticing a small difference in my sex drive which is cool. I still get erections though and have morning wood.

Side-Note to all Male to female transgender/transsexual injectors: if your using progesterone like Microgest or Promentrium don't take your dose of it before you do your injection. I did that tonight and during the injection I started getting groggy (natural progesterone has a sedative like effect).

Random information that I'm excited about: Recently I started using the Estroderm 100 estrogen patches. I think once my supply is up I'm gonna switch to the injections. I'm having a hard time keeping the patches on lol. I think it might be the spot I put it on. I've been using the Phoenix Project products since I've started transition 6 months ago. They're working great and I'm still using their t-blockers, but I'm test trying the patches for a special reason. The patches is kind of a temp thing for now.

Question for the forum

Anyone notice sometimes the injections are uncomfortable and sometimes they're just fine? Tonight was a little uncomfortable. The first spot I injected about .1mL and felt some discomfort in doing so. So I moved to a different spot, but when I pulled back on the plunger I got blood. So I withdrew and tried one more spot which was a little better, but some discomfort was felt. I've felt the sensation before with previous injections. They're have been only two injections where I felt nothing to very mild discomfort. Not sure what to think of that. I know my anatomy quite well because I'm in the medical field so I know I'm not hitting the epididymis. My testicles are still very squishy, its not hard to inject into them either. Anyway thats my update for this week. I won't be able to post or inject for about a month since I'll be traveling. I'll check back in sometime around March. Happy injectioning everyone!

The information about pressure came from a urologist I was seeing for an infection that resulted in massive swelling of my testicles. That was relative to the swelling but he said pressure was the risk so I am extending that to pressure from other sources. --FLO--

Well, I went to attempt to inject the left testicle today, I can't get the needle in without it causing pain like it's touching the epididymis. And once in, I couldn't even get .1cc in without it starting to ache. So, at this point, I'm declaring the left one dead. The left testicle is larger than I would like it to be, I assume that's from scar tissue. In time I hope it will shrink further, but until then, I've still got the right one to kill

I have a general question to the forum concerning when to stop injecting. I read a veterinary report somewhere about a single injection to each testicle in some animal resulting in testosterone levels equivalent to castration.

Technique and Precautions

Its active ingredient, zinc gluconate, causes atrophy of the testes and the prostate, rendering male puppies sterile.

Injections must be properly placed. In dogs that are likely to struggle, sedatives are generally recommended.
