For those of you who are arguing about what is dead or non-functional, the medical term for something that "died" from lack of blood flow is infarcted. You've probably heard of this when a heart attack is more correctly called a myocardial infarction. I think the spelling is at least close. It has small areas of the heart muscle which died from lack of blood due to a blocked artery. Doctors don't rush in to surgically remove this infarcted area.

I have to say a couple things from the latest posts.

1) Injecting alcohol and drinking at the same time can cause liver damage. (specially if you happen to use denatured alcohol the methanol does the liver damage) The damaged liver will not be able to process the estrogen so thee estrogen levels will rise causing breast growth, or there is no longer any testosterone to counter act the estrogen your body makes. This is one thing your mileage will vary greatly. The good thing is the liver will heal over time.

2) Chance of infection is always there but being clean and washing everything does reduce the chance of having an infection to almost nothing.

3) If everclear is not available then 151 rum should be available.

This is probably going to sound so funny, but injecting Bacardi 151 into my testicles just doesn't seem as seem safe. Maybe because its not clear?

Update:

So I spoke with my doctor today he thinks that I might have epididymitis...:-\. He gave me a shot of friggin' Rocephin!!!!:( I don't have a bacterial infection dang it! So we're going to monitor it and see what happens which of course the "pain" is going to come back. I'm not taking Rocephin again thats for sure. I thought I'd play along, but I should have not taken that shot. He didn't even put it in my medial record that I was seen today by him and that we "treated" my achy testicle. Anyway I'll continue my quest and see what happens.

I wouldn't call it a total loss, obviously he's going to try the start with the easiest thing and work his way up, he'll probably try a number of things as time goes on, I would caution about visiting him within a week or two of the alcohol injection, because if he goes in to do a biopsy or something and alcohol pours out, he's gonna know something is up...

We already know from simple anatomy there is a single small artery that feeds, and a single small vein that exhausts fluids from each testicle. Most people require an average of 7 to 14 days for any tenderness and swelling from injections to resolve. I wouldn't dream of visiting the urologist within a month of placing an alcohol injection, that's for certain.

The alcohol is gone well within 24 hours, but it takes some days before the damaged and dead cells are reabsorbed by the body. No alcohol will pour out!

I just got finished with my 5th injection in my right testicle. All went well. I injected into 4 different places using aseptic technique each time. I switched to the 100 proof Smirnoff vodka tonight. I wanted to make a correction from my previous post, I'm using 27g 1-inch needles.

Tonights injection went amazingly well. I was able to go soooo quick with minor discomfort. A lot faster then my usually rate. Tonight I used a rubber band to keep the testicle in place because normally my hand that holds the testicle tight and close to the skin gets weak during the injection. I think the testicle being loose and not close to the skin was causing my discomfort. Having the rubber-band in place was a lot easier and the discomfort was very minimal. I really hope my last 4 injections weren't hitting the wrong area or ineffective because that would suck so bad lol.

I now just have an ache that radiates in my lower groin/abdominal area. I still feel like I could inject more, but I'm tired as all heck and really don't feel like it. Maybe in a couple of days if there isn't any significant swelling, etc. I'll probably go to my doctor tomorrow (we work in the same building) and complain of dull ache pains in my testicles again. I want it documented as an ongoing problem before the real magic of atrophy kicks in. Alright, off to bed I go. Night/morning to all.

Update: I'm a little sore today. Running up the stairs wasn't very fun lol. I haven't gotten the chance to talk to my doctor yet, but hopefully I will be able to while the right testicle is still achy.

I was more or less thinking of this post when I posted about the alcohol coming out. It may not squirt etc, but it's presence would most likely be known in such a short timeframe.
