I can't say anything about sperm production when doing alcohol injections since I already had a vasectomy long before starting my chemical castration and then continuing with the alcohol. I believe in chronic alcoholics, they commonly have low testosterone and low sperm so I'm guessing the two go together but maybe not in a linear fashion.

I never had any issue with my testes swelling after injections more than just by the added volume of alcohol. After injecting about

half a liter of 100 proof vodka

in 7 months, I switched to Everclear and did at least one 1 1/2 ml injection daily (a few days had two injections) for 3 weeks straight. So more frequent injection may be possible after some time. But each is different so listen to your body.

Its been almost exactly 2 years since my last injection and things are doing great. I wish you all well in your quest. It worked for me.

I have been on Vodka injections since last April. My testes are small and hard. I just ran out of my 100 needle supply and dumped the last little bit of Vodka. The last injection resulted in a bent needle. and once in my testes, it was almost impossible to push the plunger to inject.

I have no sexual interests. Balls are small Penis is puny. But the penis still works for peeing. So what do I do with the old boys? I would like to hear from you who have injected alcohol into your testes. Could I just let them sit there in the scrotum or get castrated. I am interested in what YOU have done. Also if any of you have medical background. advise.

Depends....

assuming you're talking about measurements in ng/dl....

For an 85 year old man the healthy testosterone level is 376 whereas a man in 25-34 is 617.

So if yours is 145 you should be good.

But as with all cases, consult your Dr. and ask him or her to be sure.

First, what do you want to do with them?

Don't do what we want, or what we think, or even what we've done - do what you want.

If you want to keep them, do so. If you want to be rid of them, do so.

It's been said on this thread that the idea behind doing the injections is to kill them, then have a doctor look at them after they've healed up, and have them removed. They don't want to do the op if they're healthy but if they're not then they have to be removed for your own good.

I've been told that there's no harm in letting them sit there after they're dead because they're not actually dead - they've just stopped working. It's not like they're rotting.

But most doctors will push to have them removed anyway to be on the safe side.

I just have to say this....

I'm so excited I can hardly sit still.

Payday is 6 days away and I'll start injecting on Saturday when I get home from work! Within a week I'll begin castration and I can barely concentrate on anything else.

I've been on Siterone before and loved the feeling it gave - the peace, the tranquility, the focus, the saying goodbye to sexual urges...and of course as a MtF I'm looking forward to having less body hair, having the little buggers shrivel up so that I don't have that bulge, and maybe breasts. I'm not looking forward to the hot flashes and mood swings, but that's part of it so I'll deal with it.

I'm just SO jazzed right now I just want to jump out of my chair!

Remember the first one is probably the worst one, I think a lot of it comes from the actual stress of the moment, just remember to inject slowly and don't be afraid to stop early if the pressure gets to be too much, my very first injection was only .5cc into the right before I had to pull the needle out and calm down, after that, I realized it wasn't so bad and was able to do 1cc in the left.

After my regular internal medicine

doctor discovered my shrunken and very hard testes

without me complaining of any symptoms, he sent me for an ultrasound and then a referral to a urologist. The uro looked at the results and did another ultrasound and a testosterone test. That led to a surgical biopsy where a piece of the testicle is cut out to be examined. The diagnosis was "atrophied and infarcted". Infarcted is like raynestorm said dead in function but not dead and rotting like most of us would think. He wanted to wait for 3 months and see if there would be any improvement as measured by my testosterone level before he would possibly remove them. Of course, I made certain that my next testosterone test was lower by continuing injections with Everclear. The test then was even lower- not surprising to me but I think it was to him so he gave us the option to have them removed without saying they absolutely had to come out. It took another 3 weeks to arrange our schedules for the surgery so they were there for at least 4 months in an infarcted state already with no problems other than they didn't work. It was obvious when he removed them that they weren't ordinary, healthy testicles but were a much darker red color, not a healthy blueish-pink.

Based on my experience, you can probably live with them or have them removed as circumstances work out for you. I'm not sure if you would be better off pointing your atrophied balls out to your ordinary doctor and complaining of low T symptoms or hoping that he will stumble on them during a physical. I like to think that my path worked out well because I didn't seem anxious to point them out or immediately push to have them removed but maybe the same would have played out if I had expressed an immediate interest in having them removed. I felt that if I had immediately suggested they be removed, they may have been more suspicious of how they got that way. Of course both doctors did briefly ask if I had had any trauma but didn't get out the thumbscrews to question me and certainly, I didn't volunteer that I had killed them off with vodka injections.

What you do now is up to you and a doctor. You can live with them being non-functional or with them removed. Obviously having them removed is nice but your life will be much the same with the useless things just hanging around. If you like a eunuch-type role, you'll fit the image better without.

I'd just as well have the useless things removed and gone. They've not been good to me most of my life, and they just get in the damned way all the time. Of course, I'm a late-stage/secondary MtF, but I can't say I've always disliked them, or feel they're not mine, or not supposed to be there. This is a conscious decision, it's why I started injecting late last year.

It's been over two weeks now, so it's definitely time for another round of injections. The left testicle was formerly always much larger than the right, and it's now shrunk down to about the same reduced size as the right. I'm still working with my gender therapist / Ph.D. to obtain a referral letter for orchiectomy, so either way, I definitely want them gone. Until they're gone, I'm continuing Siterone, 50 mg each evening. One way or another, they're definitely useless, and they're on their way out.

I like my T levels being low naturally (Except for the lethal injections)

So based on your response I am going to celebrate my T score. My uroligist wants me on T shots and has perscribed 2cc once every 3 weeks IM

I dont like the results as it leaves me a raging fool, full of inapproiate responses to every day irritations, Abet somewhat more energetic

I see an endro on Feb 16 and I am thinking of what I can tell him why I am not taking my shots
