I've noticed considerable shrinkage myself which makes me very happy, I'd estimate that the left one is about grape size, the right one is a bit bigger, like I said in a previous post, I estimate the left one only has 1-2 weeks left before I won't be able to inject it any further, so this kinda puts me ahead of schedule for end of feb to be done. This means prolly sometime around June I will be making an appointment for a physical, get a recommendation to a urologist, and see about getting them removed, with my family's history of cancer, I'm sure I can persuade the doctor to have them removed out of fear they may become cancerous.

On a related subject, I've been following the thread and the consensus seems to be:

1) Use everclear if you can get it. If not, get a strong vodka.

2) Use diabetic type syringes as they're smaller and will cause less pain.

3) Use some sort of topical agent such as benzacaine as well.

4) The tissue in the testicles doesn't 'die' persay, they just stop working. Much like if a person has a heart attack, that portion of the heart doesn't die, it just stops working.

5) While, as another poster put it, 'your mileage may vary' how fast this happens seems to be determined by a few factors:

a) How large your testicles are to begin with.

b) How strong the alcohol is that you're using

c) How much you're injecting.

From what I can gather here, the most often recommended dosage seems to be 1cc with everclear or similarly strong, drinkable, alcohol.

As some others pointed out, frequency plays a part in how large your testicles are after it's all done. Injected to often and you can end up with scar tissue that will add to the size. There have been a few here that said they'd wished they injected less often. It would have taken longer but the testicles would have been smaller in the end.

That's all I'm trying to nail down now - the frequency.

Just thought I'd sum some things up for the sake of other readers.

My castrator used 1.5cc's Everclear once a week. I missed a few weeks so some intervals were two weeks. It happened fast. Testicles are shrunken and not functioning after only 8 injections. No erections or ejaculations for the last 6 weeks. I am fully eunuch now.

It was very nice to have a guy castrate me. He is also a eunuch. Great experience to now be a eunuch.

Just remember that after you Testicles stop making Testosterone you adrenal glands will keep making testosterone and depending on your genes keep your hormone levels maybe in the low normal range, but not forever.

Another question: What about shrinkage of the penis itself? Once the testies are atrophied, does it shrivel up?

That would be nice...I'm a MtF and every little bit I can get rid of down there helps.

For me after, significantly smaller, but not "shrivelled". My body still produces some T and I am able to get hard and have intercourse. However, the desire to do so is much diminished.

I read on the 'castration primer' thread that you will have some shrinkage.

It's because you'll no longer have erections at night to keep blood flowing to the penis and it will become flacid. So if you want to have less length there, stop using it except as a pee hose.
