My left testicle quickly shrank after starting injections but the right one was holding it's ground in defieance. I did a round of 1cc injections about a week ago and I finally noticed last night that the right one sudddenly has decreased in size and is about the same as the other. It was about a 50% reduction in a week.

It's funny how I libido fades. I can still perform fine with my wife and orgasm is nice and doesn't take more than 4 or 5 minutes but I can't even remember the last time I had an orgasm from masturbation. I made a few half hearted attempts in the last few weeks but it just wasnt interesting enough to put a lot of effort. I injected the other one a few days ago both remain swollen although the swelling is starting to go down I'm wondering when I should take another ie do I wait for it to completely go down or just keep shooting... I tried stopping my T blockers the other day and got signs and symptoms associated with T levels increasing so they aren't dead despite begin bloated upto 3 times there normal size. I don't know if the second dose will be any less painful than those first ones they REALLY hurt.

You should wait until all the swelling has gone down and the the size has stabilized. Other wise it's wasting your time. You don't wish to take longer by just trying to rekill the dead stuff, you need to wait for you body to clean out the dead stuff before another injection. It will take less injections, and less pain by waiting, unless you like the pain

_g! I agree and think you should wait until the swelling goes down. 3 weeks ago I tried my 12th injection and had great difficulty with the right ball and was only able to inject less than 1/2cc. The left ball could only take 1cc and promptly swelled up twice its normal size...no pain...just BIG! My right ball got small and semi-hard after I shot 4cc's in it...got in a hurry to kill it and paid for 2 weeks of swelling but I guess the end result was what I want to accomplish. I'm thinking of injecting the left ball again but this time very slowly and see how much I can inject and hope it doesn't swell up twice it's normal size!

I've never experienced the swelling you all describe. Maybe I'm just fortunate?

They are resiliant little buggers. I just hope I can do enough damage to them with the injections that I can just get the doc to remove them. I imagine a doc would be very alarmed by their condition at this point! I am curious as to what the pathology report would say! lol

"Atrophied and infarcted" is what the report was from the pathology lab stated after both my biopsy and 4 months later when they were removed. I vividly remember my PCP doctors facial expression when he discovered my shrunken testes and said "Strange!" He was puzzled but I was happy inside and it led, in time, to them being removed.

clysmaniac, I'm very much hoping for the same result soon. I've already seen my psychiatrist/MD and have an appointment with my psychotherapist/PhD in two weeks. One way or another, these damned things will be gone before the end of 2011, hopefully sooner.

I don't mind talking about it Hash. She doesnt know yet but It's killing me to keep it from her. I'm so ready to just tell EVERYONE everything and let the cards fall where they may.

While my testes have shrunk about 50% from the injections, I don't have any problem performing for my wife. I only see her on weekends since I have worked out of town for the past 5 years so maybe that makes it easier...

It hasn't changed lovemaking but I did start HRT on monday with a 10mg estrodiol injection. I can't say I feel any different yet but time will tell. Some people have commented on the pic I have as my avatar that it looks like I have been on HRT for years but until last monday I have only done a 6 week c"ourse of low dose premarin a few years ago with 6-8 weeks of androcur.
