You may want to find insulin needles. If your teste is alrady atrophied, you may not be able to do 1 cc. I find it painul during the injection then for about 30 minutes there is some discomfort. A samller insulin needle and injecting the alcohol VERY slowly help. I also have a stiff vodka/cranbery before and maybe a pain pill. I'm close to where I want to be so I'll wait about 10 days to see if I want to do another round. Maybe a round or two of vodka would desensitize the teste a bit before going to ever clear???

I also wonder if the larger needles let alcohol flow out of the testicle and into the scrotum causing some pain...

For what its worth, I always put some benzocaine gel on the intended injection area to deaden any pain and used insulin syringes. I only experienced pain when I perhaps pierced the epidymius one time.

It is possible that I did inject my epidymius :/ problem is my testis as they are heavily atrophied don't follow normal proportions.

The epididymis hasn't shrunk while the central region has shrunk to a the size alittle larger than a runner bean.

I only wish that could have been the case with mine, before I started injections. So they're that small, and your T level is still above castrate levels?

p.s.: Round # 4 went in twenty minutes ago. 1cc each, slow and steady. Only the most minor of discomfort right now, and it's that comforting feeling I'm starting to expect.

The atrophy is caused by prolonged use of Hormone blocker Spironolactone they atrophied from lack of use however if I stop taking T blockers (I only have 1 week left) then the levels will rise and the atrophy will reverse which is why I wanted to get going on them now.

Spironolactone/Aldactone was never that effective for me, despite taking it for over a year. Despite drinking tons of water each day, I experienced kidney stones and had to discontinue it. After a few months of no anti-androgen, I got fed up with the morning wood and ordered cyproterone acetate. Together with four rounds of injections, it's been working VERY well for me.

I woke up early today and decided to attempt masturbating, just to see if and how things were (or weren't) working. Erection was possible but difficult to maintain, and orgasm was brief and not very intense. I'm not certain if the daily cyproterone or the semi-weekly ethanol injections are responsible, so I think I'll drop my dosage of cyproterone to 50 mg once daily. I don't have any liver problems but I'd rather not keep taking 100 mg daily if 50 mg is enough to keep things quiet.

Round # 5 for my girls today. I planned on 1.5cc for each, but felt the pressure internally after only 1cc, and stopped after 1.1 to 1.2cc each. No burning, some warmth, just having to remember that slow and easy (thank you Mr. Tortoise) is the route to success.

I think it is definately the internal pressure that causes most pain during injections. If you don't take 5-10 minutes per injection, you may be going too fast.
