Hi, this is my first post on this board, but i read here since a very long time ago. I also use this method now and i think it works good for me.

Bevor I tried for some years androcur combined with oestrogen so my body is a litte bit feminine with nice cup b boobs.

In Germany (probably whole EU) you can buy/use Stroh Original 80 (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stroh_Rum) (80% Vol.) or may be better but much more expensive B.Braun Med. Alkohol 95% (http://www.chirurgie-portal.de/medikame ... 37980.html).

Hope this can help some guy's to get the right stuff...

Same here. Left testicle just became difficult to inject. This was number 7. There is some pain, but certainly not severe and it goes away in a few hours. Very slow injection also helps with the pain.

VERY SLOW is definately the key! I probably do 10 small bumps per 1/10th of a cc. Otherwise, the pressure builds up and casues a lot of pain. Don't rush the injection!!!

That's about how I did it, probably more out of being nervous doing it rather than to avoid pain. But it worked for me.

I had to skip Tuesday's # 4 round of injections because I had an early appointment for a complete Brazilian waxing. This lady was EXCELLENT at her work and waxed my penis and scrotum with very little effort and surprisingly little pain. What was great was everything stayed completely quiet downstairs, even though she was an attractive woman. I'll probably push 1cc into each nut later today, when I have more time alone.

OMG, I cant imagine having all that waxed! OUCHH!!! I use an eppilator all over my body EXCEPT the scrotum and penis. I like the eppilator since it will pull the hair out while it's still short and you dont have to wait til it gets long enough to wax. It only hurts the first time because the roots arent set deep after it's already been pulled out. If you just got waxed, it would be a great time to get an eppilator to maintain it!

Well I did my first injection with the 70% ethanol solution.

it was excruciatingly painful. inserting the needle hurt abit nothing extreme as I injected I got an intense burning sensation along with a very strong pressure sensation.

at first I could only push 0.05cc then once the pain went abit I pushed harder getting .2cc in then finally pushing the rest in without major pain.

Then that burning sensation returned shortly after I pulled the needle out... Before I knew it I was in complete agony writhing around on my bed in pain cursing and shouting. it felt like the injected nut was on fire. Over the next 30 minutes. the nut appeared to shrink and be pulled into me before swelling up alot and appearing to be pushed away from me.

The next half out afterwards was a strong clenching pain in my nut and stomach. I was able to lie down and hobble a few feet enabling me to comfort myself but standing up too long hurt alot.

The next hour consisted of a dull ache in the region and me lying down I was able to touch the area now it gradually abated as time went on the Testicle changed sizes going from x3 the size of it's atrophied counterpart shrinking to about +50% of it's non shot partner. it still hurts somewhat now as I'm writing this message... I'm not sure if I can take to much more of that I might switch to the vodka for the other one see if that hurts any less.

Stacy I'm gonna have to get electrolysis one day on my scrotum and penis for SRS preparations. not looking forward to that.

That was the original plan, but this lady was so nice and so very good at what she did, I'll gladly return for follow-up service. I have a Braun Silk-Epil I typically use, but when I first tried it on my pubis, it was just TOO bothersome. Now that it's all clean and clear, it should be quicker and less painful to epilate.

It's possible you injected into/through the epididymus. I posted a link to a very accurate drawing of the testicle (

) a few posts back. Be certain you're injecting no higher than midway between the top and bottom of the testicle, and insure you've got the tip of the needle placed in the very center of the testicle. This allows the alcohol to spread as evenly as possible throughout the tissues.

You may want to find insulin needles. If your teste is alrady atrophied, you may not be able to do 1 cc. I find it painul during the injection then for about 30 minutes there is some discomfort. A samller insulin needle and injecting the alcohol VERY slowly help. I also have a stiff vodka/cranbery before and maybe a pain pill. I'm close to where I want to be so I'll wait about 10 days to see if I want to do another round. Maybe a round or two of vodka would desensitize the teste a bit before going to ever clear???

I also wonder if the larger needles let alcohol flow out of the testicle and into the scrotum causing some pain...
