Good advice Dave, and let me add this one thought,

If you play with fire you will get burned.

This is not something to mess around with, its your life.

feedback (imported) wrote: Mon Nov 15, 2010 10:56 pm It's been about a year since my last injection and my testicles are small hard and ride high up.

My experience has been that the testicle continues to atrophy long after one stops the injections and becomes what feedback describes.

I think (what has been posted on this board over and over again)

that alcohol injection can maybee destroy the testicles, but never,

in no way is a safety way !

Starting with a tiny drop, to see what happens can be also

very dangerous.

Maybee not from the amount of liquid injected into the testicle

but nobody in here mentioned that (what a lot people in this thread

seem to advice) using very small insulin needles have a special risk.

The smaller a needle is, the higher is the risk of them to break.

Not risky in a insulin application area, muscles,

but please think about what could happen if a 0.3mm needle

with a sharp breaking area is going to move in youre testicle for about 2-5 mm...

If someone really want to go thru, thought long and got a fundamented

mind of really want it, he would do all but never use this method !

I used a 31-gauge insulin syringe and never had one break when I was using it. After use, I would break off the needle and it wasn't all that easy to do. It would bend first. I don't know about others, but that was my experience.

I wish the "Nervous Nellies" would at least be rational in their warnings.

Syringe needles including thinner ones will not break off when doing an injection. They are not hardened steel and brittle but relatively soft so will bend. Being soft, the point of the needle can be subject to burr easily if banged against a hard object. Wanna argue? Go get one and try to break it with a simple, mild bend. They're just like a good defense. It may bend a bit but won't break.

After going almost 2 weeks with swollen balls and a tight nut sack from the 11th round of injections, I gave my very small and firm balls their 12th injection. It was more difficult this time getting the needle in and more difficult injecting the vodka. Hopefully both balls will remain small and firm / hard...maybe they'll draw up inside?

I'm sorry I don't usually call people out on the mat, but....

First off, due to my profession I cannot condone the practice, and in no way am I telling anybody to do so. If you want to be castrated see a doctor. That said....

Callmarkus - you obviously have little to no medical knowledge. Your concern is commendable, but please do not give specific warnings on topics you have no knowledge of.

While I'm at it let me dispell some of the myths on this post that I have been biting my tongue on.

1) If you inject 1-3 cc of alcohol into an artery it will raise your blood alcohol content and probably give you a quick buzz, but most likely will not cause serious damage.

You can do the research online, look up mainlining alcohol. I do not recommend it. Large amounts can and will kill you due to alcohol poisoning. Small amounts may weaken the arterial wall, possibly cause a small blood clot in the testicle (which happens even if you dont inject into an artery). The arteries inside the testicle are so small that if you were able to get a needle into it, it would be a once in a lifetime feat. The larger of the arteries and veins are on the outside of the testicle and feed toward the center, progressively getting smaller.

2) If you inject 1-3 cc of alcohol into a vein you may cause a clot (usually small clot, but if you have an undiagnosed blood issue may cause a large clot). These clots will travel. Blood returning from the body (yes the testicles too) go through the vena cava (main vein in the body) which dumps into the right side of the heart. We were created in such a fashion that the heart does not get its supply from the right side (in most people). The right side of the heart pumps blood to the lungs, and any clots get stuck there like an oil filter. Small clots do not cause much in the way of damage. Usually they will dissolve rather quickly. Large clots on the other hand can stop oxygenation of blood and KILL you.

3) If you break off a 30g syringe.... you shouldn't have been allowed to use it in the first place. They will take quite some force to break off.

4) Injecting alcohol into the testicle will not make you drunk, the alcohol will leach out slowly. In most cases the only damage will be to the testicles only.

5) The law of numbers is always in play. If enough people on this board decide to inject their testicles with alcohol, you WILL see a serious injury and possibly death. The most likely causes would be:

Infection from the injection- good sterile practices can lower chances of infection (to almost 0), but risk can never be eliminated all together.

Gangarene from necrosing tissue - always a risk, but a slow pace of injections will keep tissue necrosis to small areas at a time reducing risk.

Allergic reaction/shock/DIC - Some people's bodies (there is no telling who)just don't react right to damage. The testicles are usually an immune free area of the body, but once you inject alcohol you have most likely killed the blood testes barrier. If the body sees the damaged tissue as a possible foreign body it can cause serious issues including disseminated blood clots. If you have ever had a serious reaction, or stroke in the past steer clear of this method.

I hope this helps, but again despite what I may or may not have done, it is not my medical opinion that this should be done even if it is relatively safe.

Thanks "Saywhat" for your comments and insight. I believe that ethyl alcohol injection actually seems even more dangerous then banding. There's more unnecessary risk to accomplish castration. I know how difficult it currently is to obtain castration, but injecting ethyl alcohol into your testicles to kill them just seems dangerous, really dangerous. Banding has it's own risks too, but comparatively speaking, this is potentially more deadly. I wouldn't do it.

I am proof that it can be safe and effective. Yes, after 1.5cc's in each testicle, there is some pain for a few hours. Everclear is what I am using, and it is 95% alcohol. Never any infection or other untoward effects. My right testicle is a bit smaller now and the left is much smaller. It is much safer than burdizzo and the method of choice for me. It is working well.

Even after only one injection in only one testicle, I believe with proper sterile procedures this is a relatively safe and pain-free process.
