Um, just to be completely sure here.. This does kill the balls, right? I mean, doing this most definitely leads to castration.. or do they survive it? Personally, I seem to not have the balls even to try sticking some sterilized needles into them.. yet. But I don't wanna be a eunuch either!

But how about just regular needles with no injections? When you inject nothing, just the needle itself, then remove it and let the testicle(s) heal up.. you wouldn't get slowly castrated by that, would you? Just a tiny needle, not something big like a nail, and only once ever (once for each ball of course, hehe) It's just that I've read it's such a great and erotic feeling, that I wanna try it too sometime!

If one loses the natural function of one's testicles, whether it by removal, chemical, medical or for other reasons, then one is castrated. If one who is castrated does not take HRT, then one is a eunuch too. Alcohol injections into the testes will castrate one over time and make that person a eunuch if he does not take HRT.

HRT is not a consideration in defining a eunuch. One who is castrated is a eunuch.

The injection itself is not erotic and if done right, there's no pain or any discomfort. Its the heaviness and warm feeling in the testicle afterwards and knowing that ithe alcohol is working that makes it so addictive to want to continue with another injection, in my opinion.

I can't help you with that. I remember that I did it but it was so long ago I can't even tell you if I enjoyed it.

I can't say there was anything erotic whatsoever about my first injection last night. The warmth, fullness, and mild swelling were comforting in that just 1/2 cc of 190 proof Everclear in one testicle is enough to start killing it. Right now, that one is about the size it was before I started cyproterone, and has only mild tenderness but no real discomfort.
