Things have started happening since my last posting on the 15th. The "boys" are staying small and have become harder...I can squeeze'em hard and not feel any discomfort. I'm looking forward to this coming Sunday for another "shoot'em up"!

After nine shots, mine is so small and retracted that it is getting harder to get ahold of for more injections. I've been off Androcur now for a little more than two months. Some libido has returned but not anywhere near like before. I will still try for a few more to make sure that things are set for good.

Home Test for Testosterone level?

I have reciently used my Kaiser blood test to check my testosterone level. Where can I get a home test for Testosterone level in the USA? The first test showed that I was in the low end of normal. I do not want to ask my GP for a while. I keep injecting, and the left ball is a small olive size. The right ball is bigger but I think is also giving up the fight:)

Steve, I see from your posts that you have been injecting for some time now. Other than the results of your testosterone tests, have you noticed any changes to libido, etc. yet?

9th injection: The boys took their 9th shooter tonight but only 1cc each. Lefty took his with some difficulty but the other guy didn't have any problems...he has always been a whore! Both have reduced in size and harder and can take a hard squeeze without pain. Have noticed in the past week that I don't have any more pre-cum during stimulation nor ejaculation / cum.

Am I getting where I think I want to be?

I now do one injection per month into each testicle (1.5 mL ethyl alcohol 90% vol / 180 proof). Slowly alcohol does its work, but the road is still long. It seems that the younger you are the longer it will take.

Recently I noticed that my balls are becoming less and less sensitive.

This was probably already posted, but here is a medical experiment paper regarding ethanol injections for castration and it includes pictures showing how it damages the testicles and stuff.

Basically ethyl alcohol does work pretty well, but takes repeated injections. In the study they went to 60 days of daily injection to achieve a reduction in 2/3 of testosterone level. Note that this was done in bulls as it was a veterinary experiment.

Thanks for the link. It was nice to see something factual about injections rather than just annecdotes or speculation. However in my reading of the paper, I didn't see anything about them doing daily injections for 60 days but rather it seemed to me that they did one injection and then followed the animal for 60 days. I think it was poorly written in that respect because it never did say they gave daily injections for 60 days nor that it was just a single injection. Maybe something was lost in translation.

The best basis for believing it was a single injection was a statement that swelling was maximum after 48 hours. This makes perfect sense with a single injection but seems stupid if injections were done daily, ie 48 hours after which injection?

The study only mentions one 10ml injection per bull. It was an average of about 80% reduction in testosterone after 2 months, 3 out of 6 bulls stopped producing active semen.

Would be nice if the authors elaborated a little more. The comparison photo of the EG and CCG reminds me of how much I shrunk the first time I wore high denier stockings.

It makes me wonder if some who inject for many months on this forum are not doing it needlessly.

No, there was only one injection. Certainly no daily injections.

In ethanol group T dropped from 12.0 to 2.6

thank you for sharing so much information here!

More than 10 Years castration is a big theme for me. I`ve made a long "Testdrive" with Androcour some Years ago. I also had made an appointment with a cutter in Belgium. But i drawed back in fear of the process. Some month later i heard that this cutter passed away... .

As a medical well educated person, i donn`t want to push my desire about my health. So the last years I`ve done my "homework". Now I think I could handle the risk`s. I balanced pro`s and con`s for me and came to the decision that percutane ethanol injection is my path to go. Now i want to share my experiance and give something back to the community.

I`ve done my first injection last Saturday. I`ve done it without any anesthetics. Inserting the small diabetic needel into the tests wasn`t as painful as I thougt...

I used medical ethanol 96% ( 190 proof ). First I felt only the pressure of the slowly injected fluid building up in my balls. I injected only a half ml (0,02 fl oz) into my very small balls.

The pain after the injection was very intense, located in my lower abdomen! It lasted about 30 Seconds before it came to a tolerable level for me. Meanwhile i thought i would blackout ...

I decided to take some painkillers to have a restful night. It was important for me to choose the right pill. Nothing with a blood thinning effect ( higher risk for internal bleeding ) an nothing with a central nubing effect ( if some alcohol get in to the bloodstream it could cause apnea )

I found the right painkiller for me and had a restful night. Next day the pain was almost gone. Only my right Testicle was a little more sensitive.

Today there is almost no Pain in any ways left. I`ve scheduled my next injection for the next weekend. I know there will be a long painful and dangerous way to go, but I´m glad that I made the first step to reach my long desired goal...

Abrax, of my ten injections so far, I never experienced the intense pain that you spoke about. Just minor abdominal discomfort that normally subsided in an hour or so and a heavy feeling in the teste for maybe the rest of the day. The only more long lasting episode came about when I once intected too soon after my previous injection. I was uncomfortable for about three days.
