Until now I have done 3 injections into each testicle. It still takes me over 1 hour to inject 1 mL, but that way the pain is tolerable. After the injection I have a slight pain for about 2 hours. No swelling.

In UK I can only find 100 proof vodka, so just wondering how long for 100proof?

has anyone used just 90 or 100 proof all the way?

it over a 6 month (roughly) period. My testes were shrunken and very hard before that but I can't say exactly when. My regular GP doctor discovered my unusual balls during my annual physical and then things led to their eventual removal. So 100 proof will work if you are patient ad persistent.

I’ve done four injections of 86 proof Vodka into my testicles. I have been on chemical castration for 8 months and I’m quite happy with the results. But I can’t continue taking Androcur because of the side effects and also the high expense. Two months ago I had some signs of liver dysfunction including vomiting and abdominal pain and… so I had a blood test and it turned out that my liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT) were way higher than normal range. Back then I was on 100 mg/day. Then I switched to 50 mg/day and I started taking some pills that improve liver function and protect against liver damage. Since I couldn’t continue on high doses of Androcur due to my liver damage, it was the time for me to think of a permanent way to castrate my self. I found out that alcohol injection was the best way out there for me.

I used Lidocain to numb my scrotum skin. I held my right testicle close to the scrotum, held the syringe in my right hand, pressing it to the scrotum. In the first time I didn’t feel any pain pushing the needle into my scrotum and then my testicle.

I pulled back on the plunger a bit to make sure that no blood came out (which would indicate that I had hit a blood vessel). As I pushed the plunger in, the testicle-squeezing sensation increased, so I pushed it in slower and took maybe half a minute to inject the entire 2cc. I repeated the same process on the left testicle. My testicles were migrated to the top of my scrotum. Injecting process was easy and almost painless for the first time. But the real pain came after I finished injecting. For the next 3 hours, oh my god, I just can't put it in words, it was like the worst pain I had ever gone through in my entire life. It was so unbearable that I was rolling around in pain. My testicles kept feeling as if someone was constantly squeezing them and it hurt a lot. I also could feel a great pain in my belly. After 3 hours the pain went away. The second time and the third time it got harder to push the needle into my testicles. It was more painful. And also injecting the vodka was harder and sometimes impossible, as I could inject only 1.5 cc, 1 cc and 0.5 cc in the subsequent injections. After finishing the injection, it was painful just for 30 minutes and the pain was quite bearable. I never experienced the pain I went under after injecting process in the first time. I was injecting my self once a week. For the fifth time when I tried to inject my right testicle it was so painful that I couldn’t even push the needle into my testicle. After lots of struggling I could finally push the needle into my left testicle but when I tried to pull back on the plunger, all that was coming out was blood, I took the syringe out and tried in a different area. I did the same process for 3 times and all the three times it was blood that was coming out and it was very bizarre. Because I had done that 8 times before (4 times on the both balls) and I never saw blood coming out. So I assume something is wrong. I stopped injecting and now 3 weeks later I am typing my story for you. My tits are now really sensitive. I wonder if it is a good sign. I want to start injecting again hoping after three weeks my testicles have recovered and the injecting would be possible again. Have any of you guys gone through this before? Any comment would be really appreciated, I really need your help and information and sorry for my bad English. BTW I should say that I'm not promoting this practice at all. I've risked my own life and every time that I'm going to inject I consider even the death probability. So it is a good way for me who have come to a dead end. But not for anyone else who is not aware of the possible dangers.

First off... STOP, seriously consider what you are doing. I do not recommend that anyone inject anything into any part of their body unless recommended by a doctor.

Second, You sound desperate to get this done, and that is when people make mistakes. Alchol injection is not a quick or painless task. Since you were on Androcure, you started at a lower T level and you probably felt the effects quicker than most, but don’t confuse that with permanent damage. If you read all of the postings you will find that it takes a considerable amount of alcohol to cause permanent damage. I have injected each side approximately 15 times each ranging from .5ml to 2.5ml of absolute or grain alcohol. I always gave myself a break of 3-4 days in between injections and after 3-5 injections would take 3 weeks off. My pain with injections has been horrible even using a cord block with lidocaine (lidocaine injected around the testicular nerves in the cord). And now after 3 months off, my testicles are still producing testosterone, even though they are 1/3 the size they used to be.

The blood you are experiencing is most likely due to a hemorrhage of a vessel in your testicle from the alcohol being in close proximity. The only time you will get blood back is if the end of the needle is in actively in a vessel. If you push a needle into your testicle and pierce through a vessel you will not always get blood in return, but after you pull the needle out it will bleed internally. This is most likely what happened to you. I suggest you stop for now let things heal (maybe 2-3 more weeks) and then you can do whatever it is you think is best. If your testicle swells up on you (after getting blood in return), then I would suggest that you see your doctor.

Lastly, I would suggest to all who plan to stick needles into any part of their body, Please, Please do your homework first. Go online look up the anatomy be sure you are not sticking needles into vessels. The testicles have a blood supply that connects to them on the superior pole of the testicle. The vessels wrap around the testicle, and progressively get smaller as they go. Therefore, the inferior aspect of the testicle has the least number and thinnest vessels. There is less of a chance of causing a bleed there. Again I don’t suggest that anyone should do this.

Proof Alcohol

40 proof = 20% by volume

100 proof = 50% by volume

200 proof = 100% by volume but once it's open it will not stay 200 proof

180 proof is about the max. that can be had (90% by volume) as alcohol likes water and will dehumidify the air.

also if you don't wish liver damage or other problems:

Just a reminder - if you wouldn't DRINK it, DON'T inject it.

Only the "edible" (ok, drinkable) kind is relatively safe for this practice, even tho we still don't recommend it.

I have noticed that my epididymis seems quite large. I had a vasectomy several yrs ago so there is no outlet for the testes. Is there any problem if I "accidentally" inject the epididymis?

I made a point to stay away from the epididymus when doing my injections. You are trying to destroy the Leydig cells and there are none in the epididymus so why inject there?

I still don't quite know where this is all going to. This (actually small olives) was the total size that my testicles had ever grown to in my early "adulthood". Even though the medical profession knew that they were undersized and were not putting out an "adequate" amount of testosterone they had always been unwilling to remove them. Later on they seemed to have reached the size of medium olives and I became concerned especially since I had always had occasional hot flashes (about maybe once a year?) since my late teens. I surmized that they were not totally inactive and in fact would occasionally throw out an abundance of hormones which when over with would leave me with a hotflash or nightsweat. And of course a young "male" that is suddenly turning red and breaking into a sweat right in front of your eyes must be doing some kind of drugs. Right? The doctor examined them and decided that while being small were even more healthy and that there would be less of a reason to have them removed.

However I do see one benefit of what you are doing and that is that whenever you do happen to get those things removed you would not be having the hot flashes that some the folks here have suffered from. I did not have any hot flashes when I had them removed and so far I haven't had one hot flash or night sweat since.

I have meant to say this earlier but I can't normally get on this site since it is now blocked along with "pornography" where I normally get online.
