Warning to all.... Your milage may vary. I have done 15 injections of both vodka and everclear 1-3CC each time. My right nut is about 2X1.8X1.5CM (by ultrasound) left just slightly larger 2.5X1.9X1.7, overall this is about 1/3 the size they used to be. My T level..... Normal. You need 180-200 prof to get results in 5-10 injections. The results is also one of these thing where "your mileage may very"

How long has it been since you did them? In my case, my T levels dropped below 200 then rose above 300 as my adrenals picked up the slack for a while. About four to five months after, they kind of gave up and I noticed big changes both psychologically and physically.

There are some who have been successful with just one injection. This really isn't an exact science. Also there is method, alcohol used, even needles used, hopefully very small gauge so the alcohol doesn't leak out.

Here are the results of my bloodwork via LabCorp, pre and post 10 alcohol injections:

6 Months Ago (before injections):

Testosterone, Free - 239 ng/dL

Estradiol - 58 pg/mL

Now:

Testosterone, (free) - 164 ng/dL

Estradiol: 31 pg/mL

The normal ranges for the LabCorp measurement criteria is as follows:

Testestorone: 280 - 800 ng/dL

Estradiol: 7.6 - 42.6 pg/mL

Commentary - - - I have been and still am clearly below the normal range for Testosterone and that value has decreased subsequent to alcohol injections. Both before and after levels have been and are below the normal range. What confuses me is that the Estradiol level went down despite the fact that I have not changed my regimine of Premarin intake. On the other hand, my breasts have been noted to have enlargened (per the endochronologist who is insisting on another mamogram) and my weight has increased a few percent (it used to be totally stable for 10 years).

Conclusions: This data is only a sample of one, and thus no clear conclusions can be drawn. However, one might infer that 10 injections do not have a totally destructive on the testes function. Perhaps, my testes may have already been substantially debilated by the long term use of Premarin, so that fact may be contra-indicating and your results may be more dramatic. I do note that my testes are smaller and harder than they used to be; also, my penis is not as long in its flacid state.

I only wonder why the Estrogen levels decreased at the same time that the T levels did. Anyone here have any theories on that?

I can't help but be a bit skeptical about castration levels of testosterone being achieved with a minimal number of injections. My experience was with hundreds of injections. While I didn't keep track of individual injections, I was on my third box of 100 syringes by the time my doctor OKed my surgery. For the most part I did 1 1/2 ml injections in each testicle or 3 ml each session. I used just over half a liter of 100 proof vodka during a 8 month period. So lets figure 550 ml of vodka. I never wasted any so any vodka remaining in the syringe after an injection session was always returned to the bottle. So if I divide the 550 ml by 3ml doses, math says there were about 183 injections. It was then that my PCP doctor discovered that my testes were much smaller, very hard and much higher in my scrotum. He sent me to a urologist and after that I started using Everclear for another 2 months. I had near-daily injections then and probably used 20 syringes of the 3rd box or 37 injections of Everclear. That would be about 220 injections in total.

I'm guessing that this was most likely overkill as far as the injections go but once they're destroyed, additional injections won't hurt. And it got to be a habit that I did miss after the testes were removed. I had neither the swelling issues that some have had nor pain/discomfort lasting more than a couple minutes after each injection so maybe my situation was different.

Yes, I would agree with your conculsions. In other words (although I can not prove it) that you need to use more than 10 injections to completely "kill" ones testicles - - - but, I do believe that can be accomplished if done with adequate frequency and time.

I am still a bit miffed by my Estrodiol results - - - -anyone have any opinions on that?

Hi -

I just injected each of my testes with 2.5 mL of Everclear. Interestingly, I felt almost no pain at all (certainly no where near the pain when I first started doing this). And, 2.5 mL is more than I used to inject. Let's see what happens between now and the next test.

I just did my sixth injection of Vodka since last Thursday. Too soon to see difinative results. I do have a box of 100 (now only maybe 85 syringes). Sounds like I might need them all. But it is good to be doing something to defeat the testosterone. I have not had a testosterone level check. So far one testis swells up a lot. The other is much smaller. But I "filled" them both up this evening.

I am going to let them have the weekend off and go at it again next week. Thanks for all the discussion.

So I have been at it since last summer/fall (can't remember) I would do a round every 3-4 days for 3 rounds then take 3 weeks off for recovery. My T level in november was 346 but my estradiol was 180. At last check two months ago I was back up to 480 (no estradiol check at that time). I have not been injecting for the past two months because my wife had agreed to let me get them off (one at a time), but had to cancel because she got cold feet. I had gone to the Urologist who did a biopsy and it showed massive amounts of necrosis, but mostly in the sertoli cells with preservation of leydig cells. He did agree to take them off (due to pain issues) but he would only do them one at a time to make sure the pain goes away. Hopefully my wife will come back around and they will come off soon.
