Sorry about the above rant. I am not looking for a gender change which is only done in Montreal to my knowledge. I could see someone in Calgary who deals with my kind of problems but I have always been the independant type and would rather do things my way. I don't have a death wish. I also don't have the money to go to a therapist. I don't even have the money to hire a lawyer to go after the medical establishment who tried to cover there asses and there mistakes that caused my problems. At this point I rather prefer the new me to the old and will carry on. Thanks for your concern.

Where in Canada are you? I'm a little confused about why you don't think you can't get medical support. I understand that you might live in a rural area or something, but still ...

I'm in Vancouver. about seven years ago I just went to the hospital and said that I'd been hurting myself and wanted to check in as a psychological emergency. Of course it's a city hospital so the on-call psychologist has probably seen everything before -- he got me a referral to a local mental health office and I've been regularly seeing psychiatrists ever since. They refer me once a year to a urologist that makes sure that the damage to my genitals isn't causing greater health issues. And I get the medication I need to keep my hormone levels where I need them.

I don't pay anything for any of that, so I'm not quite sure why you're concerned about paying for a therapist. People only see private therapists for non-necessary things (like marital problems), but when you are actively damaging your own body you need real psychiatric help which should be paid for by the provincial health plan.

Its been now 9 years since I put my testicles through* a series of Ethal Alcohol injections. I injected 1.5ccs per testicle, about once every 2 weeks for a couple of months or so. I injected the drug deeply into the C

enter core of the testicle using

a 1-1/2 inch long by 21 gauge needle in a 5cc syringe. As far as how it feels, it does induce a immediate stinging sensation, very intense stinging and aching. The testicle swelled up a bit too after I got in all 1.5ccs of the Alcohol. I injected the alcohol drug in slowly. I was sedated a bit for the injection the 1st time and fell asleep for the rest of the day. When I awoke, It felt like I had gotten kicked in the balls. They were still inflammed, sore and tender. The stinging had gone away by then. I slipped on a jock strap and this seemed to help a lot with walking around, which before made both testicles hurt a bit from there inflammed state and tenderness from the injection procedure. But it was surprisingly not too bad. I waited untill the swelling went down and just untill the tenderness went away, which was just about 9 days or so, then I induced the process all over again with another injection. It seemed that with each week that passed and with each subsequent injection, they were getting smaller and smaller and felt more hard as I felt them. I know for a fact that it takes more than just one injection for it to take and do permenente irreverseable damage. For me it was the 3rd or 4th injection that finially did enough damage to my testicles that they were never able to bounch back. The few more injections I did after that, was just to make sure I induced good overkill. What the alcohol does is that it

induces the body to slowly absorb the testicle tissure

into the body. It slowly eats away the testicle tissue. There is a medical term for it and I think it goes something like Schlorous or something like that. My testicles are now totally dead and and will continue to be. The left one is very small and the right one is slightly bigger. Im thinking about reinjecting the right one just to make sure its dead and see if I can get it down to the size of the left one. My Tes levels were at 61 at last blood test. Im on HRT now, just enough injected once a month to keep some sexual interest alive and for good health. Everybody needs some of it in there system. I have had some penis shrinkage from the lack of erections but this doesn't bother me, for I never had a very long erection ever. Being that I had a condition called Gynocamastia as a young boy at puberty time, my penis development was hampered while my tits grew out pretty big. Im glad I choose the alcohol testicles injections for it was cheep, easy and I got to keep my balls in the end. Ed

I used 96% of ethanol, 1ml into each ball every second day, left, right, left, right ... Not much pain, I had crushed the nerves in advance, since then I have completely numb balls. They are hard internally but the original size still remains.

Be persistent. I made sure when I did it, that I got the alcohol injected

deep into the center core of the testicle.

And I only injected 1.5ccs per testicle. I repeated the injection process once every 9 or 10 days, or just waited untill the swelling and tenderness went away, then I induced it all over again with more injections. It takes about 3 or 4 to do irreverseable damage.

I am in Alberta and you need a refural for everything here. I am not going to my small town hospital as the whole community would know in an hour.

I too have been doing everclear injections and and had stopped back on the 1st of december as I thought after using a complete 1/2 pint my testicles should be dead the good news is my T level came back at 21 ng/dl. That is even 3 points lower than when I was on lupron. So no more injections for me. Now i will have to see what I can get done thru the proper channels to get my nads removed.

At this point not much more shrinkage has occurred as of late. Maybe they will over time , but I suspect that there is alot of scar tissue there that will not shrink. Maybe spacing the injections more would have been the way to go to maybe avoid some of the scar tissue.

What a way to end the year.

I realize this isnt necessarily the best way to go about it but it worked for me.

I have decided to continue with injections into left testicle till it is like the right. Then I will go to my doc to see about what can be done. I am sure the right is gone as the only feeling is in the cords not the testicle itself. Half way there.
