Hey guys can we compare notes?

What are you all using for syringes and needles (pics would be great). I am pretty much using what ever I have on hand for syringes, but usually 3-6CC with a 25G X 5/8" needle. I am finding it hard to inject the alcohol lately. Seems that the smaller syringes work better (must be hydraulic effect). Anybody using insulin syringes?

I have been injecting 2CC Absolut, but I switched over to Everclear yesterday and injected 2CC into each testicle. I don't remember ever feeling pain so bad in my life!! It felt like I had gotten kicked by a horse. Anybody else have the same experience?

I must have done 12-15 injections so far over the past 6 months. My testicles are now about 1/3 of their original size. My right one is very hard left is getting there. I just had my hormone levels checked..... My testosterone is still 380. I am starting to think my balls are titanium. The good news is that my sperm count is 0 and FSH is sky rocketing. My urologist told me that I am in "premature" primary testicular failure. He told me not to worry about it, when they fail completely he will give me supplemental testosterone.

I hope they fail soon!

I have injected 375ml of everclear since May of last year. I have been using 3cc, 25 gauge, 5/8 inch syringes. There may have been a change in the pain level as the everclear is alot higher proof. This is just my guess as far as it getting harder to inject. I have also noticed a change in how much pressure it takes to inject the alcohol and it seems to increase the harder my testicles get. I also now have more everclear that will squirt back out the injection site and have also noticed that there is a mass inside my scrotum probally caused by the everclear that seeped back into my scrotum that did not come all the way out.

I too think my testicles are made of titanium. I have clamped both testicles and my left one twice, been on chemical castration for about 2 years and have been injecting them pretty heavy. Good luck and dont give up.

I follow this thread. The discussion is interesting. The method is simple.

I wanted to add a caution...

I once was caught on vacation 400 miles from home with serious intestinal problems. The emergency doctor told me to drive home immediately while I still could so that if I required surgery, I would not be 400 miles from home in a strange city without family or friends to support me. I spent 4 days in the hospital until the problem cleared itself. But I was only five miles from my house, not 400 miles.

That was good advice that is worth passing onto others.

If you do these injections, make sure your family or friends, some support group is near just in case anything goes wrong.

The increase in pressure needed to inject and the increased hardness of the testicles is probably due to the formation of scar tissue. The scar tissue may not shrink as time passes. --FLO--

You do not want the everclear squirting out. You will cause unwanted damage. Give you testicles some time off and let them atrophy, and the hardness of the testicles will decrease in a few months. Then if you still are making testosterone you can inject the testicles again and not have the everclear squirting out.

I've found using insulin syringes was easier than the larger needles, much less force was needed.

Another thing your testicles are not the only source of testosterone.

I think the vodka that came back out after my last injection is causing irritation in the skin inside the scrotum. The membrane under the skin has quite a sore spot today so I think I will wait till that clears before doing anymore injections. I also think I will get some smaller needles so less damage is done that way.

Never thought of it that way, that does make sense. I may be stuck with some real knarly testicles. I am about ready to quit anyways. These damn things better be dead after I I have put them thru.

I have thought this for some time and have pretty much just chalked it up to something to deal with. At this point it has been a slight annoyance. I am about ready to stop for awhile. I will be getting blood work done at the end of December as a prelude to going to a new endo the 3rd of January. My old endo said she couldnt treat me anymore because my T level was at 24 (Duh what did she think would happen when she gives me a shot of Lupron Depot).

So I will be giving myself a chance to heal just incase my new endo wants look at my testicles like my old endo did. I recall the adrenal gland also produces testosterone. I wonder if mine is over active in production of T?

Did my 8th injections today, everything seems to be back to normal except they are much harder than before. No seeping back out today so I guess it is best to wait a while between injections. Hope to do 2 more before christmas and then wait for a while and see what happens.

Did my 10th injection today. Still a bit of kick when injecting but very little pain after anymore. M

y testicles are very hard and

large after injecting but have little feeling. Going to stop for the holidays and see if they will shrink any with a rest from injections.

I started to inject 190 everclear into my right nut over two months ago. Did about 7 or 8 injections of two or three shots (don't know how much) had pain and swelling not to bad. nut got very hard, and awhile I had no pain when crushing it. I injected once in my left nut a few times and then it happen, the most pain I ever got, had to go to the emerency room for the pain, got ultra sound, told them I fell on my nuts to explain the swelling. Long story short, I quit and my nuts seem to be no different then when I started (same size and soft again). I am thinking about starting again. (only on my right)
