Close, Dave but not exact. Ordinary Everclear grain alcohol is 190 proof. I'm not a chemist but I have read that obtaining pure 100% alcohol is very difficult/impossible to distill. I do know that Everclear is not sold everywhere but they have it at my local liquor store here in Wisconsin.

But the exact percentage of alcohol is not horribly significant here. Lesser proofs will work either with more volume or doing it more often. Ordinary vodka is a good choice because it doesn't have any flavorings or colors.

For anyone concerned about accidentally injecting it into a vein, remember that 1 1/2 ml is only about 1/30 of a shot- hardly enough to cause any serious issues.

Yes, you are right. I'm wrong on the proof. I'm right on the toxicity. And I agree wbout the lesser proofs being just as effective.

HOWEVER, Pennsylvania doesn't sell 190 proof anything to unregistered users (like hospitals or research labs) and they require an accounting of it. I think they are afraid of "super screwdrivers" and "purple passions" both of which are stupid college drinks that are way to powerful for college men to drink (super-screwdrivers give you the shits and purple passions are puke intensive and grape juice stains walls, rugs, shoes, etc..). I mean, you want a strong drink of booze, go an buy a bottle of legit booze and drink it. Don't fool with this stuff.

Wikipedia hs an article on it that says it is forbidden in these states: It is illegal to sell the 190-proof variety in some states of the United States, namely Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota [3], Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, California, and Kansas. Everclear 190 is legally sold in some military stores within the continental United States.

You want some hi-proof alcohol for your testicles, buy a bottle of liquor and don't fool with everclear 190 proof or methyl or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Gee, a couple little airline bottles of vodka will work 1.5cc at a time. Pennsylvania sells airline bottles and I use them for cooking if I want a good steak with bourbon sauce or if I marinate meat in whiskey.

Just be sensible about this.

Absolute ethyl alcohol is the only form of ethyl alcohol that is 100% pure ethyl alcohol; everything else, including Absolute Vodka is a mixture of ethyl alcohol, water and various "impurities." Absolute alcohol is sold only through chemical supply houses, and is virtually impossible to get without a license because it is frequently used in the manufacture of controlled substances like LSD (whose D stands for diethyl meaning it's got to ethyl sequences attached to the lysergic acid molecule).

Gin contains various hydrocarbons derived from juniper berries (for flavoring) and rum has various carcinogenic burnt sugar fragments (caramel) in it. About the purest alcohol available through a liquor store was absinthe (flavored with wormwood); until recently true absinthe was banned in international trade; the stuff Pernod sold was fake absinthe flavored with anise and a blend of herbs) this ban was imposed in the belief that it was the wormwood extract that was addictive and destroyed the brain of absinthe users. Later research showed that it was not the wormwood that caused the brain damage, but the nearly pure alcohol; pure alcohol is very destructive towards living tissue, and its effects are not limited to the site of ingestion/injection. I would be cautious.

Hi -

Here is an update. Two hours ago, I administered my third regimine of Ethanol injection. I have been injecting 2 mL of 80 proof Vodka into each teste spaced apart by around 48 hours.

There is some anecodotal evidence that this process is doing something. I conclude that because the first time that I did this, I felt like I was kicked in the balls for a few hours - - - an underlying pain persisted for about a day.

This time, there was no such "kicked in the ball" sensation. That could mean that the testes are beginning to die off. But, I am no doctor, so not sure.

Just thought that I would share that with you.

This reminds me and others that have been here forever of another guy injecting himself, asking if it was ok, we all say no of course, think about it.

This guy damn near killed himself then came back a year or so later and wanted to do the same to his penis, asked if we thought it was ok.

WHEW!!! What a way to get drunk! And you will get drunk since the body would pass the alcohol along into the rest of your blood supply. And those with the Asian flush and half kidney strength better forget about this.

I can also report that this does not get me drunk. It does not even give me the effect of drinking a single beer, as surprising as that may be. I think that there may be two reasons for this:

1. The total amount of alcohol is way too small (2 x 2 mL of 40% alcohol). I think that is a pretty small amount. Sure, it is concentrated in my testes, but ultimately, when it becomes distributed thoughout my body, the drunken effect is completely nil.

2. The alcohol may remain in the testes for a pretty long period keeping it non-systemic for a much longer period of time compared to drinking it and absorbing it via the digestive system.

Again, it is just my observation coupled with my conjecture.

That is not true. When you drink alcohol it is processed gastrointestinally and doesn't immediately go into your veins. Plus of course all the other stuff in the vodka or whatever you certainly don't want in your veins.

Direct injection into the veins will give a much higher blood alcohol spike than drinking the same amount.

The other complications I've had from injections into the testicles are a hemotoma -- my whole scrotum filled with blood (which actually is very painful because it irritates the inside). Plus I have one testicle which still has moderate pain almost constantly from injection.

What can anyone say about alcohol injection that hasn't already been said elsewhere on this forum? It's just a bad idea, and a quick search on injection would yield all the information that we could give here.

Nobody has mentioned risk of infection. You could develop a hydrocel, epididymitis, and or any of several other painful medical problems that will cost time and money to have treated. Maybe gangrene will develop if you don't seek medical care, and you could die.

I think it's great that a few people have been lucky and have been able to damage their testes beyond repair, but don't assume that this can be done without significant risk to your general health. Think, use common sense, don't let what your balls want overshadow rational thought.

Quick update for those who find this to be of interest. I switched to Everclear today instead of 40 proof Vodka. Everclear is 190 proof. I used only 1 mL per teste this time because of the higher concentration. I can say that it felt somewhat more painful in the groin area after the injections compared to the 2 mL 40 proof injections. Othewise, everything seems to be ok.

ps - it is probably important to point out that I always pull back on the plunger to assure that I am not in a vein. If blood were to show after pull-back, I would abort the process and start over. This has not happened thus far, but I think that it easily could.
