A while back I saw a video of a castration procedure with the soon to be eunuch up on all fours ' doggy style" as he was castrated. I have seen other procedure videos, but this is the only one where it was done like that. Usually the lucky guy is on his back. Is there a reason this is usually not done,or is it riskier than laying on one's back?

Have any of the eunuchs on here been castrated in that position?

Interesting point, depends if the pics you saw were real castrations. My information is that as a general rule face down was eastern style (Russian etc) whereas face up is western way of surgery. Hope this helps.

It was done in the US, but a well know cutter who ended up in jail, but his castrations were sucessful

While they may do castrations on the back in Russia or some other countries. I very much question if any doctor would ever put a patient in a doggy position. Would think the chance of making a wrong or bad cut will greatly increase if not laying down. Hard to believe the patient could not move in such a position for 30 to 90 minutes.

This is a staged scene. Only a cutter would do something like this. I can see while the cutter went to jail. One would have to question why he was jailed. Was it completions from the surgery? infection? Some unhappy past customer? In any case I hope the patient is alive and safe now. Bet the patient got farm more then he bargained for. Any time in the phyic ward?

Possibly the gentleman had back problems and could not be on his back for an extended period of time.

most doctors do surgical orchiectomies with the patient sitting on the grounding pad for the cautery unit...cant do that kneeling...

burdizzo and elastrator are done best from the back ..with the man face down

that is how it is usually done. At least by regularly practicing MDs

Yes a trained medical doctor/ surgeon is usually the best way to go.

Sounds most interesting - being castrated in the doggy style position is going to become a permanent topic in my fantasies on the subject. But what about the immbobilizing of the soon to be eunuch? Wrists and ankles tied?
