About "Tiny Prick" by Golden Eunuch

I tried reading the story "Tiny Prick - Winziger Schwanz" - By: Golden Eunuch as translated by Yahoo's Babel Fish.

While one can get the general gist of the story, you have to concentrate moe on making sense of the grammatical errors, but it's also obvious a lot of details is lost.

Does any know of a better online/software translater (ideally free)?

I also seem to recall and english story along the same idea, but no luck in finding it.

Any help in either area would be greatly appreciated.
