I'm interested in the fact that the post SRS girl who ejaculated quite substatantially was recieveing an erect penis in her anus. I wonder how much that has to do with the ejaculation and orgasm she had?
I think that the fluid is produced in the remainig prostatic tissue. Production of fluid in it depends on what HRT is used, for how long it has been used, how much time passed since SRS (or removal of the gonads), what hormonal and SHBG levels are.
If it is estrogen only theraphy, then it is unlikely that there will be sunstancially 'wet' orgasms. If progestins are used that have some androgenic properties (provera, for example binds to both androgen and progesterone receptors), then it will be logical to think that that there may be some fluid. The less exposure to the androgens, and the longer the androgen deprivation, the less fluid there will be, as prostatic tissue shrinks and eventually it may even nearly dissapear.
How androgenic various progestins/their dosages are can be found here:

If M2F TS person has had SRS quite recently and has exposure to androgens (or androgenic progestins), or if their androgens were not suppressed enough before SRS then it is possible that they will have some fluid discharge during orgasm. For some it may be desirable, while for others - disgusting or enbarrasing.
For how long it may last after SRS - I have no idea.
