i can help with telling you my experience..... for what it is worth.

i am on Siterone and oestrogen.

The Siteronbe (150 mg/day) defintely has removed any danger of erection, and has reduced my cum (when i rearly do) to a tiny dribble. However, my <psychological> sex drive is still present.

This may be due to the oestreogen though

Some blood pressure meds have impotence as a side effect, but I don't think you want to mess with your BP if it is not a elevated...not a good idea.

So far as I know, no drug or herb will do that.

Prostate removal surgery can destroy the ability to get erect and leave you with a sex drive.

Various penis implants can provide artificial on-demand erections, but without a prostate there will be no ejaculate since it is the prostate that creates the fluid that carries the sperm when ejaculation occurs.

It is an androgen / testosterone blocker from which

Proscar was developed and marketed because

no herb or its natural produce can be patented.

If that does not work you might add an herbal

estrogenic substance. There are a zillion of those.
