whether or not the charges are racially motivated I cannot pretend to know. It really doesn't look good for the Judge. Either way I'm sure it will all come out in the trial. Guilty or innocent the man has a right to a fair trial in before his peers.

If I did something really bad and was facing prison time and the judge said if you let me spank you I will be lenient on you..well, start spanking. He would have to wine and dine me for the other things though.. j/k

I will interject that it is only whites that can be RACIST or so the other ethnic groups would have you believe.
How many times have whites been called RACIST for demanding an end to illegals entering the United States by mexicans. Whites cowar when a minority calls them racist for wanting to stop a continued criminal activity.
Last week in Victoria BC Canada a boat with 70 Sri Lankans were captured trying to land on the BC coast. Most all Canadians want them deported immediately. Canada now requires mexicans wanting to come to Canada to first obtain a visa from the Canadian embassy in mexico city. Canada must be racist for wanting to protect the homeland.
Racist is a word to freely used, this judge was doing his own race, but was caught by whites with the black victims help.
