I heard from someone else who suggested using the "pressure method", similar to what is used to minimize or stop blood flow from an open wound.

Doing only one side at a time, the basic premise is to lie on your stomach on a hard floor surface. At a point that is above the scrotum and base of the penis, just below where the cords come out of the abdomen, place a hard object between the floor and your pelvis so that it firmly presses on the cord and traps it between the hard object and your pelvis bone.

When done to perfection this constant pressure on the cords will reduce or maybe even stop the blood flow to the testicle. With blood flow being restored eventually it doesn't seem likely that a testicle would die like happens when one gets a twisted testicle cord which REALLY cuts off blood flow and really kills a testicle dead (but which then can result in gangrene and requires surgery to remove the dead and blackened orb........hum? How can one twist a testicle?.....a possible way to get insurance covered castration from a "natural cause").

There is no prediction on how long each day or how often you would need to put pressure on each set of cords to cause each teste into reducing or stopping testosterone production. But, the method doesn't involve cutting, blood, or much pain, so nothing ventured.............. When viable and practical options are not available to achieve testosterone reduction you just have to make do and hope for the best outcome. But I think I will get some of those pressure clamps and give that a try too. I tried the screw down C clamps that that wasn't very workable. Although Siterone worked and provided me with a relatively testosterone free life, it is costly, so I continue to look for alternatives that don't involve drugs or surgery. I am goal driven to eliminate testosterone forever, with minimal risk... appreciate the suggestions above.

Yeah, C-clamps of any size don't work because all the ones I've seen don't have a locking down mechanism. I can appreciate having to watch your $$$ with your med and looking for an alternative. Maybe using the spring-clamp method on some days and cutting the med dosage in half after about a month of using clamps -- that way, you could still get the effective meds but they'd last twice as long -- if the spring method works for you.

I have no idea how long the clamping method I describe took to work in full. My guess was 4 or 6 weeks, but I didn't keep any detailed records like I do now for things.

I keep browsing the aisles of Home Depot, Lowes, True Value and Ace Hardware to find the "perfect tool". I have a small box with such tools that failed to produce the desired results for one reason or another. If nothing else I am persistent and insistent that my balls stop producing testosterone, one way or the other. After years of experimentation and testicle abuse I am getting closer to that goal, but not close enough to be effectively "de-testosteroned". If I find that perfect "safe" tool I will be sure to share (with usual disclaimers).

I use a piece of strong nylon chord through a piece of wood about 3cm long with holes for the cord to make a loop. Loop this round my balls and pull tight through a half knott then finish with a single bow. I use this for wanking to great effect and wife likes to slip it on and pull as tight as she can the deliver a sond spanking on my bare arse before milking as much cum as I can deliver.
