Usually my fantasies are repeats. How dull.

But, a new one came to me today.

Urethral relocation as if a complete penectomy but,

retaining everything. Living with urinating and ejaculating

back there while my pee-pee is reduced to the function of

a clitoris, pleasure only. No plumbing.

If you are talking about your piss hole near the rectum, then it is what normally called a urethral relocation. Some have this type operation preformed for medical reasons. Some others in the message board have talked about this. BME has a section in their site showing many of this.

That is something that a doctor should preform. Many blood veins around their and hard to stop if you run into trouble.

This is not a bad idea as a contraceptive measure. I'd say it would be a lot better than a vasectomy as you can still ejaculate sperm but not where it's going to cause an accident. If you do change your mind and want to breed you can catch the sperm and inject it into the right place.

Having a blanked off urethra might also make for more resistance to s.t.d.s too.

It is inconvenient for having a pee but by the time you have it done you will have got past the stage of seeing how high up the wall you can get it

The only thing I can say about this could be infections and they can be deadly if not treated.
