Learned this concept of just wanting to be testicle free, not necessarily testosterone free, from kristoff about a week ago which is a thought process I had never considered before.
I suppose that after having the "bits" removed one could either use HRT, or not, and almost "swing back and forth" from being on T and off T, for different experiences now and then. A roller coaster ride for the mind, body, and emotions.......not for the faint of heart!
Having pondered the subject further, while this would be quite out of the ordinary, I suppose one could, after surgical removal acquire the largest heaviest replacement "bits" possible, take HRT, and be a real swinger,
But then again, without a humongous

But then again, without a humongousto go along with the heavy hangers it might look very odd and not be a package that one would be proud to display. Just play thinking (aka: fantasies).
Your right it is a roller coaster ride..... not for the faint of heart!
I did not know What I was getting into, on T off T, over the years things start shrinking at the time all I could think of was getting castrated was not thinking about the side affects, I had no clue WOW.... now my flaccid doing is at best 1.5" sometimes you gotta dig to find it, OMG it's lost in the scrotum again....

Thats a good thought. The new (Testicular) replacements ought to have some relationship to the man's penis. If he is well endowed a large swinging set would be fine. If he is underwhelming in the penis department it would just dwarf his cock and possible get in the way.

Re: Silicon Implants leaking
I had one silicone implant after I had removed my left testical February 1986. The implant was put in April of 1988. I had the implant until I removed my right testical and implant may of 2002. The implants are not liquid filled. They are kinda of a stiff/jelly like material. Infact they are a bit sticky to the touch. The body will form a membrane around the implant. It has blood vessels and nerves and it can get painful if there is rough play involved. I had that problem often if I used the bander or rough played with the implant. Also the implant is usually secured to the original testical cord. This gives the implant stability and in many situations will move up into your body just like your original testical. There can be situations that the membrane or even the testical cord can become inflamed and in rare situations infected. As for the sick feeling you are getting after you think that you may have ruptured your silicone implant is more likely a discomfort from the membrane irritation. If you like the implant then leave it alone. The pain will go away.
Thanks, I had them removed on December 14th
I had reached a place that all I could think about was getting them out. I had my wife team up with me in the Doctors office and he reluctantly said OK.
Now I'm having a problem with my scrotum sticking to my legs getting in and out of the car is painful my sack gets stuck under me maybe I'll have a scrotum reduction done when things heal up a little more, I kind of like to have it smooth

I believe this is incorrect. The cord is not connected to the implants. Most testicular Implants (Prosthesis) have a tab that is sewn into the scrotum but it would be impossibly painful to try to connect it to the cords. These are filled with nerves and ofter are a cause of post op pain if they are not properly cut (Way up in the inguinal canals) otherwise the cords will try to connect and if so you end up with chronic pains.
A cord like "connection" may well be felt but this is scar tissue forming a capsule around the sewn in tab connection. The same sort of capsule may form around the implant.

And for those of us that are not truly into the idea of being asexual implants can be important to our body image. I know this is often talked about with women but many men have the same issues.
So, for me it was important to get implants. I was a tad worried about the issues of liquid silicone (Safety) and opted for the solid (but squishable) types. I'm very pleased with them and also appreciate the affect that I get from HRT.
I want implants and wondered where did you get your's? I have found that the solid ones are the ones to get but a Vet or Dr. have to order them. Any information you can share is appreciated.

Re: Silicon Implants leaking
Solid (No liquid Saline) prosthetics are available from Silimed or AART in Nevada. Check both out. Dr Alter was the one who suggested these and he has good credentials. He is both a Urologist and a cosmetic surgeon (One of like 2?)
Good luck
Good luck

Checked out the sites but seems the same issue I need a physician order them. Maybe Dr. Alter is whom I should contact and have him do it. What can you tell me about His protocol for doing this?
