Hi everyone. I have a question for the community. I would like answers from people who are Eunuchs and have been castrated. The issue is this. I am wondering how long does it take for testotserone to be out of ones body after, they are castrated by removal of the testicles. There are many articles on this subject, but I would like to hear what REAL EUNUCHS know for themselves, not from some book, or article on the net. For me it was about 3 weeks for the sex drive to disappear, though with coaxing I could get an erection and ejaculate. By the 5th week, my erections were weaker and my cum dried up to only a couple of drops. At that point I had an appointment to see my doctor, and I was put on testosterone so I don't know what would have happened if I had gone longer.

When my sex drive disappeared it was just kind of a spontaneous thought in my own mind when I realized it. Castration dose not stop all testosterone your adrenal glands produce a very small amount

I might suggest use a chemical castration drug first for up to a year, this is what I did (Androcur) and I noticed a change at about 2 weeks in. Your body will go through a lot of changes some good some not so fun and some will be medical changes that you should be aware of. I was in y third week when hot flashes startred. Very mild. But by the 4th week the hot flashes were obvious but still tolerable. When I wnet in for my checkup, the Dr. put me on TRT to keep bone lss from happening. Since my castratin was due to medical problems (not cancr, though) I had to agree to the TER before I could get the surgery. since my insurance covers it, I said yes. However, evn on the TRT, my sexual desired faded quite a bit. I was given the 5 gram tume of Testim. Now I am on Androgel, same dosage. I apply it evr other day. Actually, This month I am trying a hald of a pack every day. (2.5 gm) It has actually increased the amount of erectins I have been having and have had more sexual desires as well as ability to perform.

I am now thinking of going to a ahlf pack every oter day to see what effects that has. I am mainly interested in ensuring that osteoporosis does not develop.
