Best of luck on your endeavour. I'm not so much into castration. I wonder if there's a collection of penectomy stories (other that here on EA) out there, online or in good old-fashioned book form.

You list some interesting and perhaps viable plot points. I'm not sure whether it would be possible to gather them all into a coherent (and compelling) story, but I suppose you're just positing some ideas right now. Later, once you've started to construct a storyline (and established some depth of personality for each of your main characters) you can start to be selective.

Who will you be writing for, primarily? Men with castration/penectomy fantasies? Male subs? Female doms? Remember that it's hard to write erotic fiction in a way that appeals to a wide range of perversions (for want of a better word!).

I'm not sure if you're using the word 'bestial' in the context of its proper meaning. I would have thought that a 'bestialising drug' would cause a person to lean unnaturally towards sex with an animal. A drug that renders the subject 'mute, horny, docile and easy to handle' would just be a behaviour-specific aphrodisiac, not a bestialising drug.

I like the concept of a "Dripping Cock Institute". But I'd give it a status similar to that of a university that educates would-be doms (both male and female) in the skills they will need in order to secure the allegiance of the subs with whom they can pursue their pleasures. Lots of potential here, but I'm not sure how it would fit into the sort of story you seem to be set on writing.

Remember that castration is a one-off (oops, sorry, wasn't meaning to start punning in this post!) situation. Once it's done, it's done! So the story can dwell either on the lead-up to the event, or on the after-effects, or on the whole before-and-after story. Each option will appeal to a different section of the erotica-reading public. You have to know who you're writing for.

And please, try to avoid calling your main character 'Dweeb'. Maybe he really is a dweeb, but that word carries too much baggage. It's rather like baptising your unwanted child "Mistake", or painting the words "Penis Substitute" over the black-and-white go-faster stripes on the side of your underpowered Skoda.

But go for it! And the best of luck!

Interesting.

As someone who has written castration stories himeself -- for example, the one that was published in A Tribute to Leather, edited by Christopher Trevor, and available through Amazon -- I can tell you a novel with this theme is not going to be easy. In a novel there has to be more than just the anecdote of castration. Plot, tone, and characters -- or character arcs -- all come much more into play. Even in porn.

A suggestion, though. Flip the idea. Instead of focusing on why Peter wants to be/deserves to be castrated, focus on why the dom/domme decides to castrate her or his various "clients" and the different procedures used. Consensual, non-consensual, punishment for a real or imagined crime, ceremony to mark a sub's passage into complete slavery. Knife, band, burdizzo. And so on.

Regardless, best of luck with your blog and your project.
