Wow, 300mg a week? I think I seriously need to talk to my doctor about getting new labs done. This time I'm going to see if I can insist they do E2 levels at the same time. I'm somewhat overweight, and I have a sneaking suspicion that the excess fat is causing excess conversion to estrogen.
I wonder though, when would be the best time to test for E2? At the peak of the shot, or at the low point? My doctor likes to test my T levels at the lowest point, just prior to the next injection. When those come back 'normal'* he figures everything is going smoothly.
* Just as a note, while we do measure testosterone levels differently, the Canadian lab limits of 'normal' are a fair bit lower than the figures I've heard tossed around for those in the US. While I'm in the normal range up here just before the next shot, I'm below it after conversion to US ranges.
