any story where the woman comforts the man after his loss, or tells him its no big deal and gives him suggestions.

I am already taking spironolactone so I fantasize about what happens after the surgery. unfortunately I am not in the west.

well I want to do before I mature too much.

I am currently 19 and I want to get castrated as soon as possible, should I wait to see if I change my mind or not. I have wanted to be castrated for a very long time and if I could I would go back in time and get castrated when I was 14.
