I think you are right, and i should talk to a surgeon!
I did not know that there are german clinics that perform nullification surgery.
May I ask you if there were medical indications for your nullification, or did you do that step because of your identity?

That answer is too easy; propably i did not find the correct words (i'm german). Impotence is not a goal for me, and the risk of permanent incontinence is under good conditions not really high. (If it is acceptable is individual question)

You are absolutely right that it will be very difficoult to finde a reputable doctor doing a radical prostatectomy on a person that is not suffering prostate cancer. And you are also right that it is from medical view not a good idea.
