Was castrated yesterday at 2pm. Operation was inguinal so there was no scrotal inflammation, in fact there has been no inflammation, pain or discomfort at all, even 24 hours after operation. Haven’t taken any analgesics at all. Have been doing all my usual chores and feeling pretty good in body ...

Thank you, very excited. I saw my regular GP an hour after the urologist and he was very supportive. He spent half an hour going through what to expect and if I have problems they are only a phone call away. He even gave me his private mobile number in case it’s a weekend. I was wondering if being a eunuch on HRT is less traumatic on the body than being a diabetic. I think it maybe less traumatic as there are less needles, less blood tests and if a eunuch miss a couple of needles ( for whatever reason) they may feel tired and perhaps hot flushes but if a diabetic who ...

I have explored medical tourism, especially to Thailand where there are some very good hospitals doing a lot of TG work. The answer was no unless I was transgendering and I would have to have all the accompanying pych reports and been on specific hormones for 12 months. They changed their laws about ...
