For those of you after orchiectomy and are on estradiol (and ideally no other medication), 1. What is your estradiol level (or dosage)?

2. How controllable is your sexual desire? i.e. To what extent can you control your behavior when experiencing sexual desire (if at all)?

What factors make a surgeon a better choice for orchi?

Here are what I can think of

1. able to do under local anesthesia (without sedation)

2. able to do downstream surgeries such as vaginoplasty

3. FACS and/or board certified urologist

Does the male libido and female libido add up or cancel each other? (The reason I ask this is that before orchi, T (not fully suppressed) has the ability to compete with E, but after orchi, same (low) dosage of E will result in E dominant)

Given that lifestyle and estradiol dosage remains the same (and no anti-androgen), will orchiectomy increases or decreases libido?
