Just interested to find out what the long term effects on banding one's nut sack are. I band with thick rubber bands or elastic hair ties for about 20-30 minutes at a time, maybe 2-4 times a month. My sack iss usually turning a blue to purple color by the time I unband myself. Does anyone have ...
