But your advise is sound and has centered me again. My other frustration is my GP has no interest in dealing with these issues ...

Couple years back I had anal cancer which was treated with 30 sessions of radiation and chemo. There was no attempt to shield my testicles for the daily cat scan and radiation treatment. The radiation doctor never discussed anything about potential side effects.
