I totally agrée with zeebster. I am booked for scrotectomy in February. The surgeon I chose is a plastic surgeon who, amongst other things, has an interest in gender reassignment so he knows alot about the external appearance of genitalia. I'd completely avoid a urologist.

Yes I now have a totally empty sac and absolutely adore being a eunuch. During hot weather my sac tends to get very loose and sticks to my thigh. It's annoying so I may get further surgery to get "the smooth look". I can now understand how women with low sagging inner lips get vaginoplasty!
