Isn't there a way to get me into a user group with access to the Fiction Archive without registering again with a different e-mail?

I still can't access the fiction, keep getting bad usergroup message.

How do I get help with registering? I did not get an e-mail and am unable to log into the Fiction Archive. I get a Bad Usergroup message saying I am not in a usergroup entitled to visit the Fiction Archive?

I also have not received a confirmation e-mail and cannot access the Fiction Archive. I get a message about bad usergroup.
